Booked a next day foot massage appointment with another person. First time visit and we were impressed by the cleanliness and nice ambience of the place. Nice massage overall!

I went for a chair shoulder massage. Massage was great but chairs were not! They were not sturdy or properly aligned and it impacted my comfort during the experience.I will not come back again.

Would recommend booking in advance as they may not have time for the service you want on walk-in basis.My go to places when I have upper back and neck tension as they offer express massages on massage chair. Masseuses asks about the areas you would like to focus on as well as checks on your pressure preferences. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place is so frustrating. The location is convenient, the facilities nice, and decent prices. The frustration comes from the fact you never have any idea what you’re going to get. Half the time you’ll get a good to great massage and the other half the time you will get somebody who has literally no experience. You have no idea what you’ll get, compounded by the fact schedules are random and there’s no online booking. All of this has been compounded after Covid as seemingly they’re having a hard time hiring and will basically hire anyone with two hands and ten fingers.If you go here once and get one of the experienced masseuses you’re going to give this place five stars. Go two or three times though and I guarantee you’re luck will run out and you’re going to get one of these masseuses who will basically give you a gentle back rub for 30-60 minutes.

I've been here before and had Benson for the body massage and I thought he was excellent. I like a lot of power everywhere except the calves and he was able to accomodate me. As far as I could tell he had a lot of experience and he was very calm, which I liked.I heard they're going to do some renovation here too, so I guess it will have a little bit of a fresher look shortly. It's nice that they have two bathrooms, unlike some other places.

I just had the best massage in my life here from Mikiko. She has magic hands! And the service was A+ I came in as a walk in and everyone was so kind and sweet. Highly highly recommend!!

I went there when passing by in Vancouver. I got the reflexology 50min massage. It was a very relaxing experience and very good! Although they focused on my feet, they also worked a bit on my arms and legs which was lovely.

This is not the most relaxing massage but oh man, is it the most effective massage I’ve ever had. My therapist (didn’t catch her name) really put in hard work to get out my knots. She put me in many positions to get every angle. The 90 minute massage was very well worth it. I suffer from a lot of shoulder and lower back pain and she immediately pinpointed my pain.
