I didn't find any person in CBSA to be helpful and feel responsibility. Their irresponsibility opens a door for abusers. I hope as federal employees, they feel a bit responsible for the position that they are holding.

Not happy with the attitude of the staff at all. People come to you for a reason, and it's your job to help them find answers in a respectful way. A guy in the office made me feel very bad about my question. His response was more insulting than helpful. I hope they read this review.
