Drainage Québécois et Groupe Sanyvan - Montréal-Est

I called this company after having a water dammage after a heavy rain. I wanted them to clean my drain and inspect my drain with a camera to see if there was a problem. They came and looked with the camera for a distance of 50feet and told me everything was fine with my drain. After they left and speaking with a building inspector I realised that 50feet was not enough to go reach to the city drain. I realised also that I hired them to clean my drain not just to inspect it with a camera. I called them at least 4 times to come finish the job and so far they do not seem to cooperate. I will have to take them to small claims court and hire another company. Its really sad and disappointing as I gave them many chances to fix the problem before posting this review. I will not let them go and they will end up paying anyway so its stupid that they did not handle the situation when they had the chance.

Very disappointing service, we called to have our drains unclogged because they were backed up. They charged us 2000$ for 1 hour service and said everything was unblocked. The next day everything was blocked up again. We requested they come back to see the same problem only to tell us that there would be another 2000$ charge to come back. We had to call another company to resolve the same issue. Pompage Express did an amazing job in resolving our blocked drains!!! Stay away from Sanyvan

They are crazy expensive..

J’ai utilisé à deux reprises cette compagnie. La première fois j’étais satisfait. La deuxième, pas du tout. Faites attention de bien vous entendre sur le prix avant. Car à la visite après les travaux, les prix changent pour aucune raison, les travaux étaient tel que décrit. Jai du négocier une entente qui est irritant pour le travail qu’ils ont fait.

Amazing! I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon and in a couple of hours they were at my house. About 30 minutes later drain unblocked! Impeccable work. Can not thank them enough! The 2 gentleman plumbers were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this company!

Great service! On the coldest day of the year Drainage Québécois was able to make room in their schedule to come fix my frozen pipes. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, both on the administrative and the technical side. Came highly recommended and would 100% use their services again.

Notre numéro de facture est le 38428.Le service du personnel du bureau est courtois. Les gens qui sont venus à la maison, suite à notre appel, sont professionnels et nous disent vraiment ce qui cloche et font le nécessaire rapidement. Chez nous, ils nous ont dit que tout était beau et n'ont pas insisté pour faire des travaux qui n'étaient pas nécessaires. C'était la troisième fois qu'ils venaient à la maison et je les recommandent fortement.
