This was my experience with the driver of the truck RJ 6664. The driver was very reckless and had unsafe maneuvers. This person was speeding, weaving in traffic and cut in front of me and other people. This driver cut me off and then slammed on the brakes leaving me no time to stop but luckily I did not hit his/her vehicle. They then proceeded to cut down residential streets while speeding to try and get ahead of everyone. I finally lost sight of the vehicle as they turned back into the residential streets and sped off once again to try and beat traffic. I just hope nobody was injured. If this is the type staff that runs/works for this company then NO THANK YOU!!!!

As an owner and strata treasurer in a lovely, new building, it is incumbent on me to be watchful for the best service, at a competitive price. It is also hugely important that on site Black Tie staff are savvy and well trained to the fact they need to be courteous to our residents. They’ve aced it and, personally, I am thrilled with the quality. I also look forward to receiving advice on how best to maintain the building envelope which, after all, impacts our property values, for good or bad.Keep it up guys.BIG THUMBS UP.

Arvin and Sophie did a fantastic job! Our company hired them for the first time for a full cleaning of the exterior windows and canopy as well as pressure washing of the perimeter. Their quality of work exceeded our expectations, everything was spotless and they worked very professionally and diligently. Well deserving of a 5 star rating! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking window cleaning and pressure washing services.

Our building had a window and stucco cleaning from these guys. Windows looked way better before the cleaning". We just ended up with a ton of water spots all over them. As well

I have lived in condo buildings for many, many years and the quality of window cleaning has always been a challenge in the past. With Black Tie my windows have never looked better! Staff are prompt, professional and extremely courteous. I have not come across a single person in our building that was not extremely pleased with Black Tie. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking window cleaning services.

The service techs who work under Curtis did a fantastic job where the totter area is and inside the fire exit in our underground parkade.The service techs also power washed the front entrance steps railings and a portion of the retaining wall. Everything looks absolutely amazing especially the front entrance steps.On behalf of our strata council, thank you Black Tie for going above and beyond. We really appreciate it.I cannot highly recommend Black Tie enough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very poor service, washed (if I may say so) the windows on Kelly Avenue. In fact, nothing was washed, so the pumped-up boys came all week, undressed to the waist, did physical exercises, worked for an hour, and then just went to the pool next to the house and sunbathed. Just one star....even less, the strata is aware.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Brent with Black Tie Property Services! I am the building manager and we had them in to wash the windows of a high rise apartment in White Rock BC. Brent was fantastic at communicating with me, and he was really great about making sure the job was done right. There were a few windows missed or that had drip marks and he came right away and was meticulous to make sure the windows were sparkling clean! I really appreciate his dedication and work ethic. I deal with a lot of trades on a daily basis and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. His work ethic, demeanor and customer service did not go unnoticed. A big thank you to him and his team!

Really appreciated the responsiveness and quality of work provided by Black Tie Property Services. They conducted site visits prior to service to ensure accurate quotes. Their prices were very comparable, if not more affordable, than competitors for both pressure washing and window washing. Would highly recommend.
