They posted a tv on Kijiji, the Ad said it was 120 HZ. I contacted them and they delivered the Tv . I quickly realized it was only 60 HZ. I called them and they would not refund me OR give me the tv I bought. They did nothing to make it right and it left me feeling like I was completely ripped off. I honestly have never had such a bad experience with a company. I highly recommend NEVER going here.

Do not buy from TOTO ELECTRONICS, they do not stand by their products I bought an icemaker which I'm sure none of them work, and will not refund the purchase price, this is not posted anywhere and could not be proven. Customer service is lacking. Save yourself the trouble of saving a few dollars and just buy from somewhere reputable. They aren't even worthy of 1 star.

I bought an ice maker spur of the moment. They had 3. The thing didn’t do anything. When I brought it back they said the other two didn’t work either.It was obvious by our conversation for the refund, they knew it never worked. I got my money back pretty easy.They sure didn’t mind me wasting my time. I’ll never go back(A place that wastes your time deserves no stars. I got my money back, so I gave them two.

Forest City Surplus is hiding a gem! Toto electronics has amazing and honest staff there, would totally recommend having a look around!

Great customer service! I've being coming to Toto for a couple years now. I've used their cable, internet and mobile services. Their cell phones are brand new and fairly priced. I would recommend them for these services.
