This location opens up at 3:00pm (15h) everyday. Chicken is ready by the time this location opens up. Made an order on the app, the order was ready by the time I got there. Covid measures are respected and the staff I dealt with provided a good customer service. I will recommend this establishment.

I don’t know if I’m the only one having this problem, I ordered around 9:30pm. The first issue is huge, once I got home and opened the order, the chicken smelled like burnt/melting plastic. The second more minor issue is that we found a brain in the fried chicken. I mean it’s not that bad and plus it’s edible, just wasn’t expecting that. I am a little worried since plastic can be toxic. Please address this issue.

Place really crusty and dirty, food ok, service EXTREMELY slow, 2 employees in the back, one in the front, 20 customers waiting for their food. Expect to be waiting here at least 45 min. Even for just a small order we waited 45 min. We wanted to dine in but the salubrity of the place made us go home with our food. Not the freshest chicken, will update if we get sick.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. Haven't been here since before Covid and it wasn't that great back then but we just went tonight to give it another chance.Wow, it was terrible! First the gravy, which was amazing all my life growing up, was so watery and bland. The chicken was all mushy and moist. The skin and seasoning fell off half the chicken pieces. It wasn't the crispy, crunchy KFC seasoning that we all grew up with. It was as if someone just started cooking chicken their own way and threw it in a KFC bucket. Ordered 8 pieces and got 5 drumsticks and 3 thighs, not one breast!Obviously, the owner and manager of this place don't really care about their customers. After all the terrible reviews, they don't even try to make an effort. The place was a mess and the workers don't seem to care about anything:(

I'm gonna start by saying that I don't understand how this place is still opened. Let me explain: service is extremely sloooow. I had to wait in line for over 1 hour. It's a fast-food" joint

Definitely not even worth 1 star.I placed an order on the PFK website for delivery and waited 40 minutes before calling to ask where the order was and the employee who answered said she didn’t know…Asked if she had received the order confirmation and she confirmed she did but was still clueless as to why my order wasn’t sent for delivery, then she went on to say that no drivers were working currently.I inquired when the drivers would be available and she couldn’t give me an answer.Ended up going in person to pick up my order and it was incomplete.I verified with the employee if everything was in the bag and she said yes, opened the bag right in front of her and guess what!? It was missing a couple of items.I then asked for the refund on the delivery & tip fee, which she gave the money back for the tip but not for the delivery…I asked a second time for the refund for the delivery fee and told her that I had to come in person to pick up my order so it makes no sense to pay for a delivery fee. She completely ignored me and walked away to attend the next client.This location was also pretty dirty, the floors and tables were disgusting.Definitely not going to order or eat at KFC anymore, there are way better fried chicken restaurants out there.Highly suggest avoiding this location at all costs.I sent an email to KFC and they never replied back to me, which shows how much they value the customers.

Litterally the slowest fast food you’ve ever seen. I’ve been to sit down restaurants that you order and eat and are out the door faster then this place. There’s always a huge lineup and the employees don’t care. I’ve never seen them hustle to get stuff done. I doubt they can go faster even if their life depended on it.

The chicken looked like it was cooked 2-3 times, the gravy was really watered down, looked like soup not a sauce,hardly any flavor .Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Worst KFC ever I waited 25 min before ordering when the where no one there. The where 3 in the back store talking to each other. And I waited a extra 10 - 15 min before getting my food . And don’t go to the bathroom the smell extremely bad . I really don’t recommande.

Food is always super slow! They are always missing something that we order. Chicken pieces weren't well cooked! Sauce was watered down. Beverage machine was out of ice and drinks were coming out hot. The staffs solution was to put 2 cups of ice on counter and we had to self serve the ice! Was not impressed at all! It'll be a while before we go back again! And that sucks cause we love KFC chicken and there aren't many open anymore!
