Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Barrie

We just purchased a tub yesterday! And we can’t wait for it. We purchased mostly because of Erin, she was incredible. We felt at home the moment we walked in, although the hot tub won’t be here for a few weeks, we are very pleased with our experience here. We had went to a few other stores, but no one compared to Erin and the price and quality, was even better, thank you Erin! We can’t wait to get our new hot tub! UPDATE** hot tub is here ! The electricians were wonderful for doing the whole set up, thank you everyone. Erin again, you are a wonderful sales person and thank you for being with us every step of the way!

Nothing but headaches. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We would not recommend Hydro Pool products. We purchased the large swim/hot tub model (Swim Life DualStream 19 Expert). First they delivered the wrong spa. Then they rushed the order and it is a lemon. Now that they have my money (a LOT of my money), customer service response has been dismal.We purchased last March; delivered in November (wrong model); new one delivered in December:No wifi. Trim panels were cracked. Interior connectors were hanging loosely and not connected. Clear Stream indicator light didn't work. Hot tub wasn't heating. There is a LEAK on the swim side. The finish is peeling off some of the clips along the water line.No compensation has been offered and 6 months later, the issues have not all been resolved. We have had to drain, heat and reheat the massive pool and hot tub multiple times and no electrical assistance has been provided despite promises from the store. We feel totally abandoned by the company and the store.What a lemon! No refund. No compensation. Jeff Fox of Hydro Pool doesn't respond to emails; customer support and Erin at the store isn't responding either. While sales support BEFORE purchase was outstanding, post sales support has been poor.

From first entering the shop, to the personal phone call to help me start up the tub and add the chemicals for the very first time... Stuart has been a great salesperson to deal with! He really helps out throughout the whole process and makes it as easy as possible!Love the fact that the hot tub package includes EVERYTHING. Electrical work, stairs, cover, cover lifter, start up chemicals, smart tub, delivery.... I mean everything. Not to mention their products are top notch quality. My family and I are looking forward to using our tub for years to come. Thanks Jacuzzi Barrie! And Thanks Stuart!!

We recently purchased a hot tub from this location and we had a great experience. Everything from the visit to the store to delivery and set up went very smoothly! A shout out to Erin for helping us through the entire process!

This is an updated review. We did have some issues with our service in having a lengthy wait for a part. Regardless of why that wait happened the largest issue was the lack of communication. If we did not make the call to find out we would not have ever known. It was a little bit of a fight in the long run but thank you for making things right. We do appreciate it. Our technician was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. We are now back to enjoying our hot tub. Thank you!

My husband and I have been very impressed with the Spa and Wellness Jacuzzi store in Barrie. We walked in, shopping for a new hot tub and The sales person was Kevin and he did not disappoint. We were replacing our hot tub at our cottage and Kevin was very helpful answering all our questions, giving us a good price. We had planned on shopping around. We had already visited other stores with different brands. We were happy with price, service, delivery and follow up, to make sure we were happy with our purchase after delivery. In a day and age with hardly any companies offering service, Jacuzzi is so pleasantly the exception!! I would highly recommend both The Wellness Store in Barrie and the very reputable Jacuzzi Brand.

Absolutely can’t say enough about how great of an experience we had working with the wellness shop while buying our jacuzzi hot tub. Kevin the salesman was friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Purchased a tub and was told would be delivered between noon and 4pm, the moving crew showed up at 12:15, removed the old tub and installed the new one in very short order. Fast, friendly, true professionals from the start to the finish, highly recommend these guys!

We recently purchased a Nordic Retreat SE from the Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Barrie. The service was excellent, from the beginning quote, to the white glove delivery and the assistance with the chemicals and the set up. Our sales associate is just a phone call away for help; he returns our calls immediately, and is very helpful and supportive. We love our new hot tub, and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Glad we made the decision to purchase from the Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Barrie.

Recently purchased a plug n play hot tub from Erin. It was a great experience from the moment we walked in the store right up till the delivery was completed. Great customer service and experience. Looking forward to many relaxing and fun times with the family in the new Hot Tub

So yesterday we got to enjoy our new sauna. Let me start by saying that we met with Kevin in the store, and after looking at options we agreed that this one was the one for us. When we ordered Kevin was upfront on delivery time, and told us we should be able to have it in sometime in early 2023. Electrical work was covered in the purchase, and there was also a site visit. Installation was yesterday, they arrived, and installed as we desired in about an hour. (I do wish they took all packaging material away with them, but they did not so we have to arrange that.)Got to try it out last night, not only was it great, but relatively simple to operate. Thanks for a great buying experience. I do suggest moving forward take all packaging from site post installation,
