This company is completely worthless & the owners don’t seem to care about their customers. I bought a $1000 shed from them, it arrived broken and damaged. They told me “it is what it is”

This company doesn't seem to offer any client service after purchase.I bought from RONA, got the shipping delivered, and received an incomplete box, without all the pieces necessary to build.It's been more than 2 weeks, I called them, emailed them, wrote them on Facebook, nothing came of it.

if I could give a 0 star rating I would. Similar issue to one other review. I ordered a shed from them and it came in complete. was missing the door and back and I have been calling them with no return message from them. Answering machine doesn't even say the name of the company

we bought a wooden outdoor storage unit thru amazon. it arrived with damages. their website process to report was worthless. if you are in the usa, you have to pay to call. very poor customer service.
