The ladies are absolutely wonderful. They were great with my dog Charlie. They did such a good job grooming him. He looks soooo cute. I'm very happy with TLC grooming. Wilna and her staff at TLC have been caring for my old girl Seska, since she was a puppy. I trust TLC completely. I have never had any problems and always am extremely happy with not only how great my dog looks but also for the care and attention given to her. She has pomitude" and can be difficult at times. Not to mention all that hair!! They are always considerate of her medical conditions and put me at ease knowing she is in good hands. Wilna sure does have a special way with dogs! Seska loves coming to see Wilna

More expensive than I was told. Didn't take as much hair off as I prefer. I asked for full grooming but I consider what they did more of a trim. Nice and polite people tho.

They have pretty good communication but I was disappointed in my cats groomings. I sent them in for baths, brushing/deshedding, nail clipping and ear cleaning. I expected them to get actual baths, as a previous groomer had done where we used to live, but that was not the case, they got a waterless bath". Their butts were still kinda dirty

They always do a really great job grooming my little Toy American Eskimo Dog. Also, she wasn't stressed in their care. Highly recommend this grooming salon.
