Dishonest & unprofessional! Bought a laundry sink from them and the drain was suppose to be included. They never gave me the drain with it. I called them to inform them that they had forgotten to give me the drain. Instead of offering to provide the drain I paid for, they suggested that I lost it. It is easy for a store to check whether they gave me the drain or not. Any decent place keeps track of their inventory. I suggested that they even check their cameras to see if they gave me the drain. The gentlemen on the phone offered to sell me the drain again for an extra $50 instead. $50 isn't a big deal but dishonesty is. When you cheat people out like that, you are bound to lose double that down the road. Hopefully this review deters 1 or few potential customers.
