Have been a client for quite some time, mainly going there for cleaning and alterations. I consistently receive great service! I must say Setta is very helpful, knowledgeable and greets us with a warm smile every time. She took care of many alterations/sleeve shortenings etc. on different garment types and I'm always happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Moved in the area and was worried about finding someone reliable. Seems family owned and the Armenian lady is great to see cause she's always smiling. Service is great and the prices are better than where I use to be. I think it's her mom that does tailoring there too. Great place highly recommended.

I just moved into the area about 6 months ago and began using this dry cleaner and I have to say I have never been to a better cleaner. The counter people are just amazing and the quality of cleaning is unmatched. La Planche is also the only Green cleaner in the area which is very important to me, my suits come back cleaned with no toxic smells and beutifully pressed...I highy recommend.

I had my suite cleaned here, I found one button broken after cleaning, the owner said they we’re not responsible for that. Ok! Can you install another one for me? She said No! You have to find it yourself! Ok bye!

I often get my pants hemmed here by the seamstress Setta. The quality of work is always excellent. Thank you!

Excellent service, very polite staff. One of my friends had told me about this place and I recently brought in a blazer jacket to have the sleeves shortened. I also sent my girlfriend to have her evening gown adjusted and they did a great job. We where both very happy. I would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the good work.

Very expensive, and they don't really do alterations except for the most basic. You also get the very distinct feeling that your presence in the shop is disrupting their planning. The alterations are also not always well done (they sewed a button right through a pocket, making the pockets unusable, and I had to haggle a little to have it fixed for free).

We are living nearby and went to the store a few times. So far, so good. Decent quality and the price is higher than I am used to but that's perhaps acceptable given the location.That said, my wife was extremely disappointed when the lady (?) behind the counter didn't offer help when the stroller for the baby didn't fit through the door. In the summer both sides open... She just said 'I know, those never fit through the door I don't know why.' Brilliant conclusion, given that only one side worked... I should mention that it was -15C outside.So the business of refitting will go elsewhere again. Nice places nearby, just not walked by distance.But then again - less business means less disturbance for this 'lady'.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went here to get hems done on 2 dresses (simple cotton) and they charged me 70$. They had just put a circle on the paper they gave and only told me the price after it was done and I was there to pick them up. I asked them why it was so expensive when their signs said otherwise and the lady told me if I didn't like it I should have done it myself! The girls were so unbelievably rude! On top of all that, one of the dresses was light grey and they did the stitching in black, it looks so ugly!

I brought in my Canada Goose and due to a manufacturing defect, the fur was destroyed during dry cleaning. La Planche didn't hesitate to walk me through making a warranty claim with Canada Goose. They even shipped the jacket to the company on their own dime and didn't charge me for the cleaning. Very stand up business practice, will definitely return!
