Right Time
I’ve been Going to the shop for over 20yrs now. It’s where I bought my first mechanical watch, a Tissot LeLocle. The service from the counter staff is very professional and friendly. The watchmakers are top notch! I highly recommend their services.

The person who I believe is the manager (I think her name is Olive?), she’s really knowledgeable and kind. If there is an issue, she goes above and beyond to help and figure out a solution. Quality service and at a decent price. 5/5 would recommend.

Right Time
I needed to get some links taken off my new watch and was googling places to do so. This place had good reviews for a reason. I called to ask about the price, which was very reasonable. When I went in, they greeted me and were very friendly and professional. They fixed my watch on the spot in very little time. I was very impressed with the whole experience! I’ll definitely go back for my watch needs and would recommend them for sure!

Had my watch serviced here 2 years ago and satisfied. Came back to have another watch to be serviced and same experience, satisfied.Came back for more service like our wedding ring resized and other items cleaned. Staff are very professional and knows what she is doing look for Olive at the front desk and the guys at the back are very friendly.Good selection of watches ended up buying 2 and will definitely go back again. Excellent service, repaired 2 watches on the same day, great pricing (nearly half of what I was quoted at a dept store), and have a battery loyalty stamp! Would highly recommend.

Great place for watch repairs. Got a battery for $15 tax included and installed for me. Great job and I appreciate the one year warranty! I will definitely be coming back here to replace my watch battery when needed.

Amazing and honest service! I recently brought my ETA Tudor Black Bay in for a service as it was running slow. Expected to pay for a full service but just needed an adjustment. The quick, reliable, and honest service from Right Time is hard to find. I will certainly be back! Great selection of watches too!

Complete watch restoration destination. I received the recommendation of Tibor as a world class watch restoration specialist. During covid I picked up this watch online for cheap but very quickly realized why it was for sale after it came in (no bracelet, rear glass cracked, water damage to dial, no service history etc).The team at Right Time restored this watch from broken and abused to honestly brand new. Fantastic communication from Olive the whole process which led me to a happy repair cost.Strongly recommend any mechanical watch service to be done here from my experience.
