Can’t recommend DeAnna enough... so easy to talk to, truly pleasant to engage with. So many days I go into our sessions not wanting to talk about anything, not wanting to be vulnerable, and within minutes I’m opening up to her. She is a safe place. She keeps me accountable without pushing me too far. 10/10

Professional, considerate and courteous. I'm quite happy I found DeAnna, and was able to book time to speak with her. She really took the time to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. She was more concerned with helping me to explain things than watching the session time. Looking forward to our next session and gaining more insight from her perspective. I'll be interested to see if we can apply some fitness coaching into the mix. Highly recommend.

I wasn't expecting to click with a counsellor so quickly, but DeAnna creates such a warm and welcoming environment. With DeAnna I've been working through things I never thought I would be able to, and seeing improvements in so many different aspects of my life. I know that there is a long way to go, but it doesn't seem so daunting. I never have too much homework, always the right amount, and I really look forward to our sessions.
