We had a problem with our iPhone 12 loosing the network and switching to SOS, could make or receive calls. I spoke to tech support who said the issue was the SIM card, go the store and get a new one. I went to the store in Tillsonburg, Debbie helped me. Through her patience and willingness to go the extra she was able to fix it! Seems it was far more complicated than a SIM, it took her over and hour, even when the power went out and the mall lost internet she didn’t stop, I am thankful for her help and great customer service.

Went in earlier today for a phone upgrade, staff were super helpful and knowledgeable with trading in my old phone and getting the new phone set up.Excellent experience overall

Charles was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation while he set up my new work phone. He helped me pick the plan I needed and made sure I had everything I needed for the phone before I left :)

unprofessional, wasted my time over their own mess up with not knowing how to add a line.... bell is a great company, tillsonburg store poorly represents them. Will never deal with this store again. Horrible staff, that cannot properly proceed with adding a simple line. Will continue business with Mississauga bell. Sucks when bell is a good company but you have stores such as tillsonburg that would make anyone want to go elsewhere

The saleswoman, Maddison, was very knowledgeable in helping me decide on a phone. She knew the benefits of each one and what areas certain phones stood out in. How they were comparable in storage space and camera quality, etc. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this bell store to everyone if all of their employees are as great as Maddison!
