Alisha went above and beyond and I could not thank her enough for such a great first time experience. I got the brow lami and she was so honest and thorough with what to expect and everything I'd need to know beforehand. The service itself was great, not to mention the cleanliness and professionalism. I would recommend her spa over and over again :)

Alisha's personality, welcoming environment and studio makes me feel so comfortable when attending appointments. She uses quality products and takes great care in providing me with what has been my least painful waxing experience.

TruNorth Spa is amazing! Private, spotlessly clean, on time and professional! The first waxing I've had that I almost fell asleep getting. Quality products used and Alisha takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and completely satisfied. I highly recommend!!! I just moved to Cranbrook and took a chance at a random Spa. Soooo glad I did!

Best lashes and brows I have ever gotten!!! Alisha really cared about the style I wanted and was right on point. She was professional and easy to deal with for booking. Highly recommend and will go back for sure!

I got my brows waxed and my bikini and Alicia was super professional and easy-going. I highly recommend her services. She has done an excellent job and the best I’ve had ever. She uses the hot wax as opposed to the strips so it’s way less painful. Overall phenomenal experience and would highly recommend.

Alisha did my makeup for my wedding and it was amazing! She did a great natural look that stayed on the entire say! Even through a lot of happy tears! I highly recommend her!
