The vet is a dog person and it shows, not very gentle with cats. Also expects me to pay for a checkup everytime my cat needs a flea shot and I feel that's just a cash grab and unnecessary.

Really kind and caring staff. They were knowledgeable and helpful.They are taking COVID very seriously and sadly are not letting customers in with their animals to see the Vet, but my cat came out calm and it didn't take very long to be seen.

Absolutely the only place we'll take our pets. When all hope was lost with our cat's autoimmune disorder Erik found a way to give him 3 more years that were generally happy and pain free.They've helped us through our worst times, and treated our animals with kindness and compassion. Easily the best veterinarian and staff I've ever been helped by.

Staff was very helpful even though i wasn't a client there.

Stay far away from this vet... last year they gave my 12 lb dog medication for a 70 lb dog.. fortunately I noticed it was a different pill but after being accused of not knowing what I'm talking about and basically called a liar they realized they made a mistake.i got an apology...big deal eh.. and seems a little more money hungry then concern for an animal in pain... please use another vet

Never had a bad experience with them and I've had some traumatizing injuries with pets. Eric (the vet)cares only about the animal and what's best for them, best care I've received for my pets by far. Eric maybe not the most personable for humans cause it's all about the animals and I 100% appreciate it :)

There is no better place to go on the island in my opinion. I have had many vets in the past, and none of them compare to Erik and his staff.They give great care to all pets, at a very reasonable cost.One of our family dogs was very nervous and scared of people. But Erik was able to form a strong bond with her. They were comfortable with each other until the day we had to lay her to rest.Erik and his staff created a very comfortable environment for both our dog, and my family when that time came.Since we have been going to them, we have had to put down two of our loved animals. And both times they were all very kind and compassionate to us and our pets. And followed up with kind letters from the staff.I won't take my pets anywhere else unless it's an urgent emergency and they are fully booked. I can't recommend any other place.

The team at this vet hospital are the most amazing, caring people! They went above and beyond to accommodate our worries and help us with our little injured dog! Dr. Erik sure has chosen the right veterinary staff who represent his excellent medical practise. We are so impressed!
