Always great. Excellent service. Val took his time assessing the technical issues with my hardware, and was very patient getting me set up again ( Nest/ Google home)I used onHive for my original purchase and set up they are my go to for any maintenance or issues/upgrades moving forward. Wow, how do I describe the most fantastic experience surrounding our TV being mounted to our Tiled Wall? Incredible!! Furthermore, they were courteous, intelligent, responsive to our inquiries, dedicated to perfection. One problem did occur - the Framer placed the Plywood too low behind the Tile. No problem, Val explained, I will solve this dilemma." Sure enough Val did - and he did it with ease. The final product was perfect - I mean absolutely perfect. I hired OnHive to install my Nest products and they were fantastic. They were responsive from the initial contact requesting a quote. The installers were on time, personable and skilled. They cleaned up the area after the job was done which was great. There were no surprises when I received the bill at the end and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Thanks dream team for installing our frame TVs and security system! We had a tricky installation for our 65in frame TV as the previous home owner installed a stone wall to cover up an old brick fireplace.The biggest challenge was to fish the wires behind this stone wall without the brick wall interfering it. But, they did it!The team assessed the situation and came up with different scenarios/options to tackle it without giving up. All decisions and risks were asked for alignment prior to. So glad they persisted, as i’m not sure if any other vendors will take the time do so!Thank you team for your help! Will be contacting again in the future!

amazing customer service & execution. I had my google door bell camera & yale x nest lock installed by onhive. From the quote to the installation these guys would get A+++. Also something else that’s important to me is leaving the area someone worked on clean & neat & these guys cleaned up the little bit of mess left from drilling into the wall. Definitely recommend.
