I have never been disappointed with this store. The atmosphere is nice, never had a problem with staff and the service has always been on point whenever I've gone here. Their customer service is awesome and they know how to handle problems courteously. Big shout out to Tanya for helping me out with a problem I encountered at another starbucks and being super helpful and kind.

Consistent and maintains the standards that you would expect from the Starbucks chain.I stop at this location often as it is conveniently located near the main roads through Duncan. It has good outdoor seating and ample indoor seating. I like the big wood table for larger groups. (As long as one person isn’t taking up too much space)Parking lot can be busy at times to get in and out of but has no bearing on the location and their quality and recommendation.

In side service consistently painfully slow with no apology.Today no receipt. No name on my order. Actually forgot my order and took 25 min to get a latte. Becoming a normal scenario at this location.I asked to speak to the duty supervisor who when I explained my experience and just shrugged. When I asked her if it was normal she actually agreed it was. Crazy. She offered no explanation or apology. Just shrugged. Comon Starbucks. We can do better.Faster thru the drive thru usually. Friendlyish service. Often line ups inside. A consistent coffee. Great location. Off course the coffee at SB is overpriced, but that dosent seem to matter ;).For a regular coffee ☕️ I am actually finding the roast down the road at Mc D’s quite good. Full. Smooth. And a fraction of the $$. Harder to get to and you have to go into Walmart too. Lol.Update. Feb 12/21No change. Super super slow. Friendlyish . No apologies. Only came here cuz I was close. Will avoid in future if possible.Pro tip: I thing they serve the drive thru faster

I ordered through mobile order and was waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of my order when I asked they said they had to speak to their manager and still nothing and finally I just asked if they could make me my drink and when they did it was a sad excuse for a latte. Given the price I expect better. If the location is so busy maybe they should expand or open another location to cope with the masses

I’m going to start off with, I know this spot is busy. Today when I went it wasn’t. I did a mobile order and went in when it was supposed to be ready 2:08. I was waiting inside for 10 minutes while no one even looked at me and the supervisor was singing. One girl asked the supervisor about a drink (pretty sure was mine) and she said “don’t worry about it”. Multiple people came in and out while I stood there. 2:20 I left and went through the drive through (can’t ignore me there) after I told the girl in the drive through I got to the window and all of the girls were laughing including the supervisor. 35 minutes later in the drive thru .. I got two iced coffees. Never again will I return and give mean supervisors my money. No apologies. Doesn’t seem like they wanna try anymore.

I was at this very busy Starbucks this morning. The staff is friendly and courteous and the coffee good. However, I ended up waiting about a half hour for a large pour over decaf coffee. I had someone waiting for me in the car. I was very unhappy about this very lengthy wait and got to the point that I felt like leaving without my coffee despite having paid for it. Things were busy but the bottom line is that I think my order was forgotten and I found the long wait time was unacceptable.

I went here on my birthday to redeem a birthday drink and order a few holiday drinks for my family. When someone was finally able to serve me they started with telling me it would be 15-20 minute wait. I do appreciate the heads up as I had my baby and young daughter with me. I’m a pretty patient person so the wait would have been fine I could see they were busy and working hard. I asked how I could redeem my birthday drink as I had never done so before. She just kept telling me you scan your app?, I kept explaining to her I don’t know how or what she means as I had only ever ordered ahead off of the app. So I never had to scan anything. I could tell she was frustrated with me for not knowing how to use the app in store and I know it’s not her fault if I don’t understand but I’m sure she knows how to do it as she works there and apparently that’s what people do when they order a drink in store. I also know what it’s like to be super busy and work under pressure, not to mention how difficult customer service is especially when you’re busy but she could have easily been more helpful and friendly. She just kept saying scan your app instead of showing me how to do it. When I finally figured out on my own what to scan and where to scan it as she didn’t even say oh just find the code and hold it under this scanner right here m. I couldn’t figure out how to redeem my birthday drink and by this time there was a line behind me so I stepped out of line and tried to figure the rest out but ended up leaving when I still couldn’t figure it out. Which I guess is fine too because I went home and made my own drinks and saved the money. Customer service is so important and good customer service goes a long way.
