I’m so happy that we parked our car there and found this place!! It will be our go to place now!!Hot chocolate was good. They also have variety of ice cream flavours availableThey also have pistachio ice cream flavour. For the very first time I’ve seen Pistachio ice cream flavour in Canada!!

A very comfortable and cozy place to hang out with your friends, not to mention amazing service! I decided to check this place out because I had heard good things about their hot chocolate. The employees working there were very helpful as they gave me recommendations on what I should get since it was my first time and without a doubt the final product was amazing.

Nice experience this evening. We got two small hot chocolates, one with a coconut flavor added, and another with a salted caramel. They were both delicious! Nice and creamy consistency, warm, perfect drink for the chilly night out. Altogether was about $13 and change, took no more than 2 minutes. Great service, great location. Nice desert options on their menu as well. Recommend!

The taste of ice cream very disappointed, tasteless and just feel milk and sugar, the display very dirty as you can see in one of the pictures i posted, the portion of ice cream was small

This place is always busy especially on weekends. It’s a nice place to hangout in downtown Oakville. Out of curiosity I went in and took 2 scoops of ice cream. Milk chocolate and Pistachio flavours to be precise. It was nice but nothing special or different. But yes the vibe of Oakville downtown is amazing.

Great ice cream spot here in the heart of Oakville. Lots of dessert options, great flavours, friendly service, clean and well kept environment. I really enjoyed my soft serve dipped in orange dark chocolate. Portion was huge and flavour was delicious. Belgian waffle wasn’t my favourite and mixed berry sorbet was too sweet. But I’d definitely come back for more soft serve and to try gelatos.

Chocolato has become a regular stop for us with our kids, who absolutely adore their milkshakes. We highly recommend stopping by and indulging in their delicious ice cream as well. Don't miss out on the chance to try it!

I've been looking forward to trying this cafe for some time and was not disappointed!The dark hot chocolate is a perfect cool weather drink. Sweet without being overpowering and well made overall.Cafe is adorable and easy to find. I can see this becoming a regular spot for me to grab a hot drink to take or to dine in.Proper covid screening protocol is observed. The staff is super friendly!

Review updated.Added photo, all is discussing.We like the ice cream but very disappointed of the washrooms cleanliness. I am not talking about the toilet seat where this could have been a mess from the precious customers, talking about the sink and the mirror. Looks like it is never clean, this is concerning as I am now thinking there is no cleaning schedule set by the manager and making me worry the ice cream machines are contaminated.Hopefully this will be answered by the management with corrective items.
