The owner Gabriela’s happy & polite demeanor is extremely refreshing to say the least.I’m in Toronto & wanted to have some bday flowers delivered to my sister who’s in North Van a couple of days ago.Not only does my sister love these flowers, but Gabriela & her delivery driver made this process delightfully seamless. My sister had her ringer turned off, but Gabriela & her driver gave her a good 10-15 mins to arrange for a same-day-delivery. I was impressed when I was advised of this. Most companies (especially out here in Toronto), would have simply dropped off the flowers without handing them off personally. Willow Florist made certain they added that personal touch!From the moment I initially spoke to Gabriela over the phone (simply to inquire about a North Van delivery), to my sister thanking me for these flowers, I’ve been impressed througout this seamless process.Willow Florists has quickly become my go-to florist whenever I need arrangements out in BC.Gabriela, it takes a lot to impress this Toronto lad (especially nowadays lol), but please know that I’m extremely pleased with the service & product that you & your driver provided my sister & me.You will most definitely hear from me again. Of course all flowers are beautiful but the arrangement I received was really very poorly made. The colours clash and there is no flow to the arrangement... A bit like the flowers were grabbed and shoved into a vase haphazardly. I'm trying really hard to see the beauty in them but I can't help feel disappointed by this arrangement. Afterall, it's not often I receive flowers. Flowers should make you feel wonderful when you look at and smell them... That feeling didn't come with these.

Willow Florists is my happy place. I never want to leave and I when I do, I always have something beautiful to take home with me. The flowers/plants are of the highest quality. I have had cut flowers that last for 3 weeks, looking as fresh as ever. Gabrielle has a magic touch, so creative and so kind. With the Willow only a couple of blocks from where I live, when all around is gloomy, I am transported to my happy place in an instant.

Willow helped our wedding out big time. Not only were they courteous and aware of our budget constraints, but they delivered amazing results on our wedding day. We had several small changes to communicate to Yasmin and Gabriela leading up to the big day, and every single time they took care of us.The team was fantastic with communication - they were completely on board with our vision after meeting with them once and showing them a series of Pinterest pins.We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended local florist - consider their work!!

Each time I order from Willow I get more than I expected. My husband's aunt is thrilled with her colourful hand-held bouquet. Her facility is in lockdown so she will enjoy her bouquet while confined in her suite. Thank you again, Willow Florist.Mary Jane in Ontario

The flower arrangement surrounded by white roses - created with love and care by Willow Florists. My auntie passed away last January (2020); and the flowers (my photo does not do it justice) we put on her resting site would have made her smile. This year,, one year anniversary, our families (in our bubbles) put another beautiful creation from Willows where she rests; and, everyone put a individual rose (with a ribbon) around the display. Lovely and beautiful - the best florists ever. xo
