The store it self meets all my product and stock expectations. Prices are always competitiveBut staff seems to be lacking. Nothing worse than using the courtesy bathroom and seeing a staff member walk onto the sales floor without washing their hands.Maybe posting signs will remind staff about cleanliness. Would recommend a store who doesn't need to teach their staff washroom etiquette.Incident took place on 01/17/ 2023 at 6:30. Till number 9. Wont share the name of the individual for safety reasons.

I'm pretty new to superstore and It was 1st time using self checkout in superstore. The lady named Anuradha worked on self checkout she need to be more polite and for some reasons she is very rude to me. The way she treat i didn't like it all. I was not flinching anything but she approached me like I'm doing something wrong, i was figuring out self checkout because it is pretty new to me but the way she treats me tell everything. Please ask your staff to do there job properly.

Not a bad experience. Prices seem higher every time I go. What I used to get for $100 now costs $200+. I guess that's everywhere.

Real Canadian Superstore Gladwin Road
Used to be my go to grocery store but has steadily declined over the last year. Always messes in the aisles that aren’t cleaned up, no staff to help answer any questions and over priced everything. I’ve had problems with items scanning for a different price then the display sign and the cashiers always seem super annoyed. Maybe pay less millions to your CEO so you can hire more staff.Fresh Street has a new location in Langley and I’ve started shopping there where produce is the same price as superstore, the staff is helpful and friendly and the store is extremely clean.

I gave two stars for the competitive prices. That’s the only positive point of the store. The shelves are not very well stocked. The worst part of the store is non existent customer service. I have experienced poor customer service at this store multiple times but choose not to write a review. However, today I have had enough. Asked an employee to check for a product and he never came back. And if you ask someone about an item, 90% of the time they don’t know where the product is located and they won’t even help you find it. I don’t expect them to know about all the products. However, how about a little effort to know your store better. On one occasion I found moldy tomatoes on the shelf (Picture attached). How can any employee let these sit on the shelf? They just don’t care and this will continue forever since they are busy regardless of the poor customer service.

The people are nice and helpful, but the store is not as clean and well kept as Mission superstore or Ray's on Marshal.
