We bought a Jura E8 about 9 months ago, the machine is great, but the censor was recently broken, it was such a bad experience to deal with the Faerna Toronto Yorkville store to get it fixed. We live close by to the Faerna store and they agreed to ship the machine to their Missisauga Service Center; however, Faerna store service qaulity is really poor. The store manager really needs a customer service training, she is rude with no customer service competency, she over-talks, not even listens and her excuse was the fact that they are very busy to deal with customer service. They really need to fix their service quality with Faerna store and hire a new store manager!

I had to call once and also had to bring a Jura coffee maker into get cleaned. Both times I received immediate support! They resolved the issue and were very helpful and professional. Thank you! Such a nice change from typical companies !!

All personnel at Jura Canada are wonderful! They are welcoming, kind, helpful , patient and most of all knowledgeable. They know their machines inside out and don’t keep it top secret when trying to find out what glitch your machine may have. It is all thoroughly explained as they go through the process with you. Via a phone call a remedy to the problem can be found before ever having to pack up your machine to bring in. Their customer service is impeccable. They stand by their product and it shows.

Had the pleasure of visiting Jura store at Matheson and Hurontario today. Amazing Customer Service!!! Andy was not only helpful but was very enthusiastic about all the products. And he made me an excellent Cappuccino too!!! Also met the nice lady handling the Online sales. Very friendly indeed! I'm a new Jura S8 coffee owner, and I am very satisfied with my machine!!! Can't wait to have more coffee!!!

We purchased our Jura F9 machine in 2009 from Faema, and are very happy with both performance of our Jura and taste of coffee. I love that I can make a variety of coffees any time I want one! We have needed servicing 3 times over the life of our machine and it has been so worth it. ..Customer service is excellent and always responsive. A good investment for our family!

Today was my first time dealing with Jura. Based on my experience, I'm not sure why they don't have a solid 5 star review. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Saud was professional, straight to the point and was very prompt with my repair. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Thanks again.

I needed a part for an old Jura machine (far out of warranty). They could get the part but won't sell it to me. Require me to come in and pay them to service it even though I know the issue, have taken the machine apart myself and can repair it. Had to buy a rip-off brand replacement part from Amazon. They said that Jura Switzerland won't let them sell parts which well might be the case. But as representatives of Jura, they are responsible and it's a joke.

We purchased our Jura Micro Nine several years ago and have enjoyed the excellent coffee it has been making for us. We use our coffee machine daily and since we have worked from home for years, this machine gets a good work out. The Jura machine is a quality coffee maker, and we really enjoy the variety of coffees we can create.Our friends and family often request a coffee from our Jura, despite the availability of several coffee shops in close proximity.Recently, our machine developed some issues. We called service support and they quickly diagnosed the problem.Shopped online for the replacement parts, and had a great experience dealing with the online team, especially Narisca.We had an issue with our order and Narisca quickly fixed it for us.I highly recommend the Jura coffee machines, the Jura service team and the Jura online shop team!If you are in Calgary, we also recommend you shop for your Jura (and your coffee supplies) at the Cappuccino King.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff and technician were wonderful. I had purchased a Jura Z10 and Cool Control, but was not able to connect the two. They helped me connect it and were just so helpful.

Amazing customer service. They fixed my Jura on the spot. 100% recommend and will be the only coffee maker I purchase from now on. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the service I received.
