After a hiatus of four months I went in to see Jess on Thursday to have a French Nail fill. It was just like being home again, welcomed warmly by Jen and Jess in their beautiful newly renovated spa. Jess is so gentle doing her job and what a lovely result with my nails. Looking forward to my next appointment. This Mum and daughter team are a wonderful duo. Thanks Jess. June M.

Shimmer Nail & Body Spa - where do I begin? From the friendly greeting, ample parking, custom appointments, flexible, easy-going professional services offering a wide variety to be pampered. Manicures, pedicures, lash tinting, extensions, nails, the list is extensive.....you won't be disappointed. This home base business is tucked away and is a little oasis from the busy day. I love my lash extensions. I would recommend any of their services. Check them out - you won't be let down :)

Jen and Jess are both customer service orientated ladies who are constantly upgrading their well honed skills and up to date in many of the latest trends. Their home spa give you a relaxed atmosphere without the usual dreaded will my parking meter run out before I'm done?" vibe. LOVE them! and you will too."

I went in on a Saturday afternoon . It was empty. There was no one around. I called out Hello and a woman came out from the back and said she could not take me for a pedicure.She claimed they were fully booked. I returned approx 40 mins later and the pedicure chairs were still empty. She had flat out lied to me. I waited at the front desk to speak to someone other than that woman who was just starting a manicure. And waited and waited and waited at the front desk. It was only 10 mins but if you combined the 40 mins with the 10 I was waiting my pedicure could have been done already.Horrible service.
