The Nacho Shoppe

One of the worst burritos I have ever eaten. Old ingredients. Can tell rice was put for a long time. Very poorly made. Doesn't hold together. Cold. Opened the box and found a burrito swimming in sauce. Ipossible to eat holding. The guy preparing it had no idea what he was doing and put no base in it until asked if there is a base. Absolute failure

Literally some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Blatantly ignored me when asking questions and then proceeded to start asking my wife for her order whilst fully acting like I wasn’t there.

Went in for a simple nachos and cheese. Just like you would get at the movies. They cost $8.50. I asked if I could get some ground beef as well and was told instead of paying the ground beef (I think it was $2.50) I should just make it a “normal nachos” and it will be included. I said sure and they made the same nachos but included half an ice cream scoop worth of ground beef. When I went to pay I was informed the total was $23.50! They charged me $15 for a half scoop of taco meat. They argued it was a better deal because I could have asked for additional toppings if I wanted them, plus and it came with a few more chips. How that was reasonable in their minds I can’t understand, but they both thought charging me $15 for the option of topics I didn’t want was a better deal then just charging me $2.50 for the single topping that I asked for. Won’t be going back there.

I wouldn't say this value for my money. I paid $17+ for one burrito and nothing else.There was no cilantro on the menu. No Pico de Gallo. I got the tex-mex chicken option. It was okay.The service was not great. The staff was not friendly. And the person making the food was working cash, but didn't take off or change the gloves.I wouldn't go there again.

Our meal was great! It was very flavourful and had plenty of options. The chips they use are different than the regular nacho chips we were expecting, they are soft and don’t hurt to eat them but still have a very pleasing crunch. The meat options they have are always well flavoured and they have so many veggies to choose from to customize the chips. Their tzatziki sauce is the best I’ve ever had in my life! But besides the amazing food their bathrooms are very very nice. They are always proper clean and a very nice size! The last thing is their menu and pricing, everything includes tax so it’s easy to know what you’ll be spending and it’s not expensive for the quality you get!

The nachos tasted really good. My biggest problem was that there were little toppings compared to the amount of nachos I had. By the time I ate the nachos on the top layer which had toppings on it, I was left with a large amount of bare nacho chips and nothing to dip them in because I'd already used the small amount of sour cream and salsa. Had there been an even amount of toppings and nachos, this would've been really good. I feel like I didn't get my moneys worth.You can add sauce to your nachos. I added BBQ sauce, it was delicious. I would've preferred some other options for toppings such as cilantro.Service was friendly and excellent.

The service was a little slow when I went but the staff were very friendly. The food taste good and you get a lot for your money.

Great spot with tons of delicious options! Portions are very good and service was fast. I had the sloppy Joe nachos and a chili cheese taco dog! I can't believe I never thought of that before but it works and it's delicious. Not at all healthy, but delicious lol!

Ordered Nachos on Uber eats & a super heavy box of mush was delivered. Toppings were stuck to the top of the box & chips were all soggy. Major bummer, we were excited to try this spot.Portions were huge & the salsa was tasty but pretty disappointed with the bbq chicken nachos.

Nothing prepared correctly. Ingredients were sub par for the price. They put too many pickles on, and when they took them off they tossed them back in the pickles bucket for the next person. They were not wearing masks while working and touching their hands to their faces. Staffed only by teenagers not properly trained.
