I had a city project and I needed 46 metallic letters (Aluminium). They needed to be painted black and have holes in them in order to fix them. For the price I asked that the screws be included. Well when I pick-up the order and went to install the letters I noticed that there was one letter missing, some letter had struck together so the paint came off and the screw was a variety of screw that did not fit in the holes. I went and bought new paint, appropriate size screws, went back to pick-up the missing letter. I ask to be reimburse for the paint and screw. Never received my reimbursement except for an excuse for the bad work.n I do not recommend dealing with the owner
