The personnel at this clinic is highly skilled, understanding , accommodating and certainly go above and beyond for you. Highly satisfied with my swift recovery. Haven’t had such a relieving physiotherapy service in the other clinics I have been to as the physiotherapist has great attention to detail and uses their experience to tackle the issue with precision. Great clinic! Dr. Zahidah is very knowledgeable and professional! She listens and cares. She was able to relieve me from back and neck pains in just a few sessions, pain caused by a high fall. The exercises also help me with the recovery and make me more confident with what I can do or not do.I would also recommend Lin Jiang as a massage therapist! The experience was exceptional. She made sure that the pressure was comfortable and pleasant. It’s nice to finally experience a massage where the therapist understands my needs without giving me the feeling I was hit by bus!And the bonus is the staff. They are kind and very friendly!

I had severe muscle spasm and I really had tough time sleeping and sitting. It was extremely painful and felt like it would take forever. I did physiotherapy and Acupuncture and it took few sessions and in 9 days I am almost back to normal. Excellent service, follow ups , polite and friendly Staff. Dr. Zahidah is not just good BUT GREAT on what she does, she is a pro! I had a very painful stiff-necked that caused me headache and on a short notice they booked me for an appointment, and as soon as she’s done working on the pain area I felt really relieved and felt almost normal again.Came back a few months after with a calf tear injury, and like a clockwork she was able to released the tightness around the injury area and felt more confident that it will heal correctly and minimize any future issues, and after the first and second treatment I thought I can go back to my regular activities again.Highly recommend this Physio clinic!Thanks Dr. Zahidah and the TrueCare Family!

The treatment that I have received from Dr. Zahidah has been absolutely amazing. I was having wrist and knee pain, and after a few sessions of physiotherapy, the pain was absolutely gone. The two weeks treatment has made me able to use my wrist and knee like the pain was never there. The place is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The place also directly charges insurance, so its much hassle-free. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends.
