If you are male, benifits holder and have perfect teeth already you are perfect for them. I have bloody teeth and was water boarded by the dentist. They kept the water tube full blown running during the whole procedure. I was drinking the water to be able to take a breath. Was rude when I mentioned this to them, didn't do anything but yell at me and said if my teeth didn't bleed it wouldn't be necessary. I was not the only patient this happened to they got rid of the staff member that was doing this but I have developed an extreme anxiety now going to the dentist. I have tried to explain this to them and their response was get over it". I am just a regular women so not important to them. My husband got dentures done by them cost double with the half past work they did. Would have been cheaper and a lot less hassle going to a denture clinic for those thinking about their options. If you have perfect teeth and love being bullied by rude staff this is the place for you."

I highly recommend. The staff are wonderful and so good with kids! The doctors are honest and don't waste time or money on unnecessary procedures.

Great 1st visit today. Dr. Reimer was pleasant and the dental hygienist Sheila did a great job cleaning my teeth! Wonderful to talk to and worked around my hectic schedule! Front desk staff was very helpful as well when I lost my way on getting to this location!

Great dental office. I’ve tried two other dental offices in St. Thomas and this one is my favourite. They are always on time with the appointments. I rarely have to wait longer than 2 or 3 minutes in the waiting room. Very friendly. Great with kids!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but all the staff are so wonderful, I actually don't mind going to my appointments. Dr. San Jose is a pleasure to go to. He's gentle and very precise. I drive from London to go there.

Dr. Reimer is very caring. Even my daughter who doesn't like going to the dentist is really happy going there ! Glad we made the move.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Always feel comfortable going to an appointment.
