We recently moved to the Okanagan and were very grateful to have Brendan's guidance in purchasing a home in Kelowna. Brendan is professional in manner, and efficient in conducting real estate transactions. He was calm and reasonable when things were stressful, yet knew instinctively when to be firm to get the deal done. Overall, we were very satisfied with Brendan as a realtor. He communicates clearly, and understood our needs, the result was that we were able to find a great house relatively quickly, and paid below the asking price. Brendan has been our realtor for the past two homes. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us prepare our home for a very quick sale which led to an offer in just 10 days on the market. He answered our numerous questions promptly and kept us in the loop at all times. Brendan handled any issues with the selling of our townhome and the purchase of our new home quickly and efficiently. When the seller of our new home didn't clean the house before we moved in, Brendan quickly hired a house cleaner and had it done before we arrived with our possessions. He even hired a window cleaner to top it off! Brendan is a stand up guy and highly recommended.

Brendan was the most amazing person we could have found to help us with buying our first home. It was a little bit difficult working within our specific price range but Brendan had patience and kept us updated on properties as soon as they popped up. He even offered to help with the little things that he did not need to such as talking to the mortgage broker and dropping off paperwork where we needed! When everything was extra stressful around closing day Brendan made sure to keep himself available to us whenever we needed him so that we could call or text with any concerns and he made sure to re-assure us every step of the way. Brendan was very well informed with things such as tax exemptions and home owners grants which really helped us feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and had our best interests in mind. We will use Brendan when we eventually move up to a bigger home and I will recommend him to everyone I know. It is Brendan's caring and personal touches that make him such an exemplary real estate broker and person!
