Winston's Tea really helped me to make a family member's birthday special. Kennady was such a pleasure to communicate with. She made it quick, easy, and had a friendly yet professional demeanor. I would recommend this business to any tea lover or anyone interested in tea. Their website is super detailed in each tea so it was a breeze to read through and choose what I wanted. I feel that Kennady went out of her way to meet my needs as I live out of town. Her attention to detail, thoroughness and quick communication is unmatched and really put me at ease and exceeded my expectations with the finished product! Wanted to give a big thank you to Kennady and Winston's Tea company!!! I can't wait to visit when things get back to normal as I am a tea lover myself! Stay safe and visit them when you can everyone!

Great selection of tea and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Some of my favourite blends come from this shop. I also got my first teapot from here and it's perfect!Some of my personal favourite blends: Kyoto Cherry Rose, Lady Grey, Marketspice (black and rooibos versions are both good), and Golden Dragon Jasmine.

great atmosphere, very welcoming! Such friendly staff and an awesome selection of teas and cute accessories! they have a sanitizing station by the door and even offer free masks!

My son and I visited yesterday and we were impressed by the expertise of the lady serving us and her friendly manner. The selection of teas are fantastic and we bought the Chocolate Coconut. The lady also gave us a sample of the Tuscany Pear and Market Spice, both of which are delicious. We will be visiting again soon, thank you.

Amazing loose leaf tea selection, I try a new one every time I go in for a tea-to-go. I have not once been disappointed in the teas I've gotten, even when I just choose at random or ask them to pick one they like the teas are always awesome. The staff are friendly and the store has a lot of cute accessories and tea-related merchandise as well.

I came across Winston's Tea Company completely by accident, when someone suggested I try it in my search for a good teapot. What I found was even better.Winston's is a shop packed to the gills with a dazzling variety of tea and tea-making accessories. Laura, with whom I spoke today, helped me pick out a beautiful, yellow teapot, a strainer, and the exact tea I was looking for.I am not only very happy with my purchases, but I also intend to come back to Winston's whenever I need any tasty, high-quality loose-leaf tea. I also strongly recommend this shop to all tea lovers for tea and tea accessories.

Just stopped in today and was really happy with my experience and the customer service from Lauren about the products I was interested in. I find pleasant welcoming customer service is rare these days so wanted to call this one out. Great selection of tea flavors and great staff.
