Exceptional service from Sham and the team. Currently living outside of Brampton, and with COVID-19 raging, I reached out to the Heaven Facebook page via chat to see if Heaven sold Signet Rings - wanting to do an initial scout of jewellery shops online to see what my options were before venturing into shops.The service was incredible from start to finish - from sending scans of their product list, to checking the prices for us, to ordering samples to the store so we could see the products in person. My partner and I loved the service and the final product. We got untraditional signet engagement rings and we love them!! Very much recommend Sham, and Heaven Fine Jewellers.

Wow. I’m speechless, honestly, but will try and explain how amazing the team at Heaven Fine Jewellers are. We had a very specific engagement ring design we wanted, and it was all centred around a very specific stone. Shamim searched for weeks for us until he found the exact stone we wanted, then he helped us design the ring around the stone, from the ground up! Then we made customs wedding bands to keep the engagement ring company! They communicated so well (especially considering we had limited knowledge of the industry) and helped us bring to life our dream rings that will stay with us forever! Highly recommend them. Their kindness and helpfulness alone were so amazing. Wedding planning is already hard enough, having a jeweller who is compassionate and understanding, but also so skilled and knowledgeable is exactly what we needed. I have a 12 year old Citizen Eco watch which lost power when kept in a drawer (my mistake when redecorating). Power resumed after started to wear it but lost date and time. I couldn't reset. Took it to Heaven Jewellers at Shoppers World. Owner knew exactly how to reset - complicated process using the crown and two buttons. Fantastic service - really pleased and chuffed that there are businesses that put customers first.

Great service and price and if needed they even offer payment plans! It’s been 8 months and my husband hasn’t taken it off once. He gets constant compliments and it is still shiny like the day I bought it. I will buy all my future jewelry from them.

The whole team is sincere and genuine; you can tell they love making people happy.I did not want a traditional Diamond ring so the love of my life hunted down an emerald and we researched so many designs.With consultation my fiance was able to choose the perfect diamonds to surround my emerald - and itGLOWSINTHEDARK!That's how perfect it is.I went to both locations... at one, the consultant helped us pick a band and suggested I speak with Shamim or Na'im to get the setting done; from there it was smooth sailing! From concept, to the draft design, to actually making it! Their patience and tenacity for perfection has made me SO happy!(FYI - in the concept drawing the band looks thicker than it is... they explained that to me! Detail-oriented they are!)
