If you are a night owl and love to rock on the dance floor then this one is perfect place for you. However it's not an extraordinary place, bot not bad. After coming to Montreal city, it was my first experience to explore the night life and to do this, I went to this bar.I had to pay 20 CAD for my laptop bag and 3 CAD for my jacket and extra tips at the entrance. They did not mention these expenses on their website!I did not try any drinks as they seem overpriced to me. The DJ of both floors were doing great. However to some extent the environment was too foggy! And the behavior of staffs were not up to the mark.Reply to the owner:Thanks for your reply. I have rephrased my first paragraph of this review as I think I did not clarify my main concern. You should mention the entry fees on your website. I checked your website and couldn't find the entry fees (04 June, 2023).And some of the staff seem very depressed. I hope they will welcome us with a smile! Also,I don't know who is managing this business site on Google map. I was reading a few replies to the reviews. These replies can be written in a polished way!

The place is nice for a club of this type: airy, good ventilation, good lighting, good sound system and not obscenely crowded on a Friday night. Crowd is quite young, many straight. Drinks are expensive tho, 9 euro or so (with tips) for a beer is like double what I was paying in London or Amsterdam. I didn't notice any of the aggressive behaviors mentioned (neither at the door nor at the bar or any other place) so I think if you stick with your own you'll not have any issues (like in any other place). Canadians are very polite tho so hooking up is not straightforward hahaha.

fun atmosphere but super expensive and bouncers and coat check are on a HUGE POWER TRIP constantly. they really don’t care about their customers, just cash and making peoples lives difficult. my friend got assaulted (pinned against the wall and groped) but I had to wait 2 hours at coat check to get my wallet until every single person in the club had picked up their things and couldn’t walk her home because I lost my coat check number, even though I remembered my number. the fact that the owner responds to every single review is so telling.

So i was referred to this spot by many people and read so many reviews on this place so i could figure out how i was going to spend my Saturday night with my best friends. This place was a huge success for myself and the place was almost euphoric inside. Although the drinks are high on pricing, i still had a great time regardless. Bouncers and bartenders were top notch and so respectful and the fee was only $23 to get in. Being from New Brunswick, this place is a must see and you’re always guaranteed a great time!

Fun place to go for a night out, and usually haven’t had to wait in line for too long before entry. HOWEVER, the drinks are quite expensive (but to each their own) and the staff are told not to give clients a cup of tap water if they ask, and when asked will either walk away from you or insist that they can only sell you a 6$ water bottle which I think is a bit ridiculous and taking advantage of patrons. I would recommend anyone looking to go out to Sky instead…

I’ve gone to Club Unity twice before and have always had the best time, never had a problem, until this last time. I was paying the entrance fee for two of my friends and I until the man who was serving us at coat check pointed out my bag and told me I had to check it. I asked him why and he responded with a very annoyed tone that “I just have to, those are the rules.” He never gave me a specific reason. I’m never one to confront and argue, but I was genuinely confused as to why I had to give my bag to them, when first of all, two bouncers had already OK’ed the inside of bag and second of all, my friends who all carried bags were getting in perfectly fine without having to check their bags. Personally, I feel more comfortable having my bag on me then having it in coat check. After going back and forth with the man at coat check, he eventually ripped the tickets he had just given me out of my hand very aggressively, threw my cash back at me and then waved his hand in front of face and said “OK BYE!” I completely understand that it can be difficult dealing with all sorts of customers all the time but I found this to be very unprofessional, unpleasant and very much a power trip. We eventually dealt with a more reasonable worker, but I still had no choice but to check my bag. Very disappointed since it used to be one of my favourite clubs in mtl, but this experience completely ruined it for me.

I thought this club would be a safe space, but this is not at all the case. I went on Saturday night for my first time and what I saw has made me never want to go back again. I witnessed the bouncers being very aggressive towards some patrons. The bouncers here are on a huge power trip, and it is scary how violent they were. So I'm definitely not returning for that reason alone. On top of that, the entrance fee is steep for a commercial club that plays very generic music.

This is a 3 level club in the heart of the village. There is $20 cover to get in which is the highest of the places I visited that night. The first floor has EDM vibes with smoke and flashing lights. The second floor has more pop music. The roof top is a more relaxing space with good views of the city

It seems like a great space, but sadly, I’d never know for myself. My friends and I were refused entrance because we were celebrating bachelorette. It is the owner’s rule and we were not given explanation why. The club is advertised as a safe, friendly, welcoming space for everyone, there is no word about exceptions on their website.

One of the best clubs in the city. 3 floors, each with different music, including a rooftop terrace that’s even open during the winter albeit a smaller version. Very fun crowd, all sexualities are welcome. The second floor plays a lot of Spanish music which is a huge plus.
