Cannot recommend this place enough. The guys really know what they're talking about, and they stand by their word. I had a minor issue only a week after buying my vehicle, came back and they fixed it free of charge. Absolute class acts. Nought my vehicle in January, and it's running as a if it were brand new. Thank you so much Lord Motors! Couldn't be happier. Will come back to you for my next vehicle!

I was shopping for my sons first car and came upon Lord Motors. My initial email correspondence with Sam went well and I decided to make a visit.The car I was interested in was as advertised and all documentation was available to review. I left to think about it and a few days later returned with my wife and son. Funny enough we ended up purchasing one of their other vehicles instead.Sam and Nick were knowledgeable and walked us through all the history of the car. Purchasing, title transfer and licensing was straight forward.3 weeks on and we are happy with the vehicle and our dealings with Lord Motors.Overall my experience with Lord Motors was all positive.

I found exactly what I wanted at the best price here. Sim was super responsive to all my questions, since I live out of town, and helped make everything go smoothly. The paperwork with Rick was super fast, then Sim took me to the insurance place...all told the whole thing took less than 2 hours, which was great in the heat wave. I love my new (to me) car! This is not a slick, air conditioned show room, which is why I didn't have to over-pay!! No pressured sales tactics either!

We were delighted to work with the owner of Lord Motors who helped us through the process of buying a newer vehicle. We communicated daily as we live on Vancouver Island and the company is in Vancouver. Nick was extremely honest and answered all our questions. He had an inspection done on the vehicle and we also had a private inspection done. He then repaired a couple of items without even being asked to. We received the vehicle yesterday and Nick even took my husband to get the plates and insurance. He was there every step of the way! Thank you Nick! Recently I came here to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I saw posted on Auto Trader. As it was the first time buying myself a car, I was anxious and nervous. But as soon as I started to talk to one of the staff members, my worries and anxieties vanished.Sam was very helpful, resourceful, and knowledgeable about vehicles and knew every answer to every question I had. A++++ experience, highly recommend Lord Motors + NIck!We recently bought an SUV from Nick at Lord Motors and the entire transaction was incredible, to say the least.The SUV was spotless and in great shape. Nick was very accommodating and even met us on Christmas Eve to sell the vehicle. His customer service was amazing and he even made sure the ICBC agent got us a memorable license plate number. But then the experience got even better.A month after purchase there was an unexpected issue with a part. NOTE: The SUV we bought was in great shape when we bought it and passed inspection but this was fluke breakage and could not have been predicted. It is a used vehicle and these things can happen. It can even happen with a brand new vehicle. The good news though is that the part and service was covered under warranty already which is where the average dealer ends their responsibility.But this is where Nick really stepped up!Nick went out of his way to connect us with a tow truck so we got a good rate, he lined us up with his personal mechanic and then even sourced us out a replacement part at the best possible price. He phoned me daily until the SUV was delivered back to us. This went WAY beyond what I expected and turned me into a customer for life. I cannot recommend Nick and Lord Motors highly enough. Buying a vehicle can often be a stressful experience but this experience was truly amazing. THANK YOU Nick!
