Tried to call enterprise locations in Mount Royal multiple times and the phone just keeps ringing. No one ever answers. Same issue with their Ste Jerome location - just goes into forever perpetual hold pattern. If the service is this bad even before you purchase can you image what to expect once you have rented. Totally ineffective company. Really needs to get its act together!

This was hands-down the best price for anything we could find, so you wouldn't believe that they also had awesome customer service and a great van for us! They really went out of their way to make sure we were good to go and got the best price for what we were looking for. On top of that, the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend these guys.
