Beef and Cheddars were sloppy, meat kept sliding out of bun due to too much Arby's sauce, turned into a knife and forker very messy, lots of tables needed cleaning, 6 people in restaurant, definitely gone down hill

Terrible food, Terrible service. Gave us wrong order, then added sauce when we asked for none, had to bring back again. Very little cheese on beef n chedder, poutine very soggy and slimy. $9 for a medium teg roast beef and there was hardly any meat on it, but we'd already hit the highway before opening so too late to go back. Tried calling, no answer. Bad customer service

Bit of a higher price point however generally I like the food. Ordered a Meat Mountain, poutine beef dip, greek curly fry thing, and a standard meat sandwich.The mountain was good however I wasn't a fan of the chicken. Didn't eat the beef dip because they forgot to include the dip so that went into the garbage.The greek loaded fry was ok however they forgot to add the tomatoes.The standard sandwich was good.Short version .. a large sandwich that was not satisfying nor would I buy it again. A garbage sandwich because of a missing ingredient. A so so fry because of a missing ingredient. A good sandwich.I paid 48 bux for a sandwich is how I see it. I made a special trip but won't do so again.UPDATE: The management noticed this review and offered me some coupons. I did go back and the service/food this time was OK.

Online and on their door it shows their hours to be open until 10pm. So after a late soccer game in the city, we wanted to grab our favorite fast food before driving home. The door was unlocked, so we went in and they told us they were closed. Well only take out was available. We all really had to use a bathroom, they wouldn't allow us to use the bathroom and they said we were welcome to go through the drive through. It was such a disappointing and poor experience, having incorrect information posted for customers and not allowing us to use the bathroom. So we left upset and gave our business to one of their competitors.

The restaurant was closed . At 5.30pm . They did have a drive-thru open and were extremely professional and great customer service . Food is good .

I remember the days when they slow cooked real roasts and kept them in glass warmers. Now they use processed roast beef. It was ok. No better than a meal from any other fast food franchise. Lots of parking.

The ONLY reason this gets 2 stars is the staff and how hard they work. 1st, the condition of this establishment (kelowna) is appalling. What I can only assume is their glass window area is leaking but it’s been in disrepair since last year. Their AC appears to be working but still require massive fans setup, makes me wonder about their AC working properly. Then I am made aware the same owner owns Kamloops. Last week we were going to stop but that location but it looks even worse than kelowna so we didn’t stop, as I could only imagine. This will be the last time I eat at the Kelowna location it is brought up to a proper operating level the staff and owner can be proud of. I am also a Building Manager/maintenance tech who has worked for major brands so this is comes from someone with some experience.

Missheard me and was being given a refund. I don't appreciate having all of their spare change dumped on me that could have been in bill form. Literal nickels and dimes. New manager maybe? I've had lots of good experiences before

Arby's stands out as one of the best fast food restaurants around. This particular Arby's doesn't look all that great but the food is excellent and the service is what you'd hope for (quick and kind). Curly fries... Need I say more?
