I had Pac Bathrooms update my bathroom and ensuite. All work was completed as per quote to my satisfaction. Tom looked at ways to save me money and meet my budget while giving me a beautiful modern bathroom and ensuite. Tom and his staff worked to keep the dust down, the worksite tidy and cleaned up afterwards. When previous moisture damage was found Tom addressed it and rebuilt the area to code. Based on my experience I highly recommend Pacific Bathrooms as a company you can trust.

Pacific Bathrooms provided a competitve quote, and delivered a great shower installation on time and in budget, accomidating an aggressive timeline. Tom was great to work with and kept me updated regularly on progress. Recommended.

First and foremost we found Tom to be the best communicator of all the contractors we have worked with in our many years of renovations and house building. He kept us abreast of where he was at throughout the project and showed up when he said he would.His work and work ethic were exemplary! The Kohler walls he installed in the shower require carpenter expertise and he handled that beautifully. He looked for ways to reduce our cost and this really showed up when he directed us to his supplier of sliding shower doors. The doors he recommended cost less than the ones we sourced and the price included professional installation.His attention to detail was amazing. For instance, he personally moved the rough in plumbing done by his plumbing contractor to make one of the shower components look more aesthetically pleasing. This kind of knowledge comes from his many years of experience and, of course, his determination to do the best job possible.The beautiful Kohler Choreograph shower wall kit is relatively new to the market and it is difficult to find anyone with experience in its installation. Although Tom was not familiar with the product, he was willing to apply his previous experience with other products to meet this challenge. Many other contractors are reluctant to try new products.Finally, we are pleased to say our project was completed in good time and on budget. We love our new bathroom. It really looks great. Our showering experience has been taken to a whole new level! We know we will enjoy this room for years to come.

Pacific Bathrooms just completed the upgrade of 16 bathrooms in our seniors’ residence. Tom and his team removed the bathtubs and installed beautiful walk in showers. While Tom’s pricing was appreciated, we were particularly impressed with the way he and his team were able to work with our tenants and caretaker to find solutions to problems that left everyone happy. Tom just completed a major bathroom renovation for us. From start to finish Tom and his team delivered outstanding workmanship, attending to any issues that they encountered with ease. Tom‘s communication with us was excellent, by far the best of any contractor or trades person we have ever dealt with. His sub trade workers were punctual and delivered excellent services. Tom’s tile installer was amazing, his attention to detail was unbelievable, and he offered many suggestions for improvement to our project. Tom worked well within the timeline, is completely trustworthy and was on budget. We would not hesitate to use Pacific Bathrooms again for any project we have going forward. When my 92 year old grandmother passed away, her home needed extensive updating. I hired Pacific Bathrooms/Tom Shuttleworth to do the work which included a complete kitchen renovation, two complete bathroom renovations and many more items. The work Tom did was really beautiful and exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to reach and was always open to any changes I made along the way. I really appreciated that he always showed up when he said he would. The extensive renovations were done on time and on budget. Thanks Tom for making a difficult time, so much easier.

After meeting several contractors to discuss and quote on a bathroom remodel and kitchen prep for new cabinets, I hired Pacific Bathrooms. Paid a deposit, waited for months and work started on time. Unfortunately Tom didn't make notes for the job and had to be reminded of elements within the scope of work. He was busy with another job, had no staff and then went on holiday w/o telling us and of course got covid. So after many weeks of very little progress we parted ways. I cannot comment on quality of work as it took weeks to have old cabinets removed and a bit of floor scraped. Weeks again to have a wall removed and plumbing replaced and wall insulated. So never a finished element to judge. Have now removed shower framing as it wasn't right and become my own contractor to ensure we may be able to move in by year end. We have had to maintain 2 homes for an extra 2 months due to this situation and never once did Tom apologize for anything and FYI lied about things to justify not working. His only employee hardly ever showed up so we never felt confident that Tom knew what was really going on. He doesn't stand by his company policy of done right and on time.I do not recommend him or the business.

Of all the contractors we got a quote from, Pacific Bathrooms sure beat them all and by a landslide. As we went along with our bathroom remodel, we decided to get more things done and the additional rates were extremely reasonable. Rare are the honest ones out there that aren't there to squeeze you, too many greedy ones out there, but not those guys. We really enjoyed and appreciated the honesty. The work quality was A1 and we couldn't be happier with the end result.These guys are #1 in Victoria, hands down.Thank you to Tom and his team
