We stayed here over the holidays and had the pleasure of working with Daniyal Ahmed. Daniyal was professional and solutions oriented and cared deeply about ensuring we had a great experience. It was a pleasure working with Daniyal and the team at corporate stays.

My husband and I had an amazing month-long stay here in downtown Calgary. The admin were very helpful (Hakim Filali and Daniyal Ahmed) and accomodating. The apartment was fully furnished and the kitchen was properly stocked with crockery. Overall very comfortable. Would recommend and visit again if I get the chance.

My family and I recommend the Corporate Stays units. The apartment is exactly as shown on the website. During our stay we had the support of Ms. Elizabeth Rojas and the Concierge Team. They made our stay perfect.

When we arrived to our unit we came in to a dirty unit completely used with towels on the floor and a dirty bed a complete shock! We went through a whole run around to the point where I wanted to give up. We finally got into contact with a lady named Hanane she was so quick and fast to get us into a new clean unit and honestly saved our whole experience!Thanks hanane!

Very good location and modern, safe units. Standard Amneties and cutlery provided. Internet was very good. Supplies provided were inconsistant across units (I stayed in multiple units during a course of 2 months). Response from the Corp Stays team was generally very good. 4.5/5.

We had to stay with Corporate Stays while displaced from our home for several months because it was the only option available at the time that we needed to find a place to live. Our experience has been awful.- The bedroom in the 1-bedroom unit is so small that with a double bed in the room, the door will not close. We might as well have rented a studio apartment.- The apartment was dirty when we moved in (to the extent that I didn't want to touch the windows and goop was dripping from the stove top).- Although furnished, the furnishings are sparse and not satisfactory in my opinion: there were very limited kitchen utensils (I did request more and received them), no bedside lamp in the bedroom, and the bedding is just sheets and a duvet cover without a duvet insert.- The wifi password provided in a picture frame in the unit (which was hidden in a drawer) is incorrect. Corporate Stays was unhelpful and could not explain this or provide the actual password but luckily we were able to locate the router in the laundry closet so that we could access internet.- The remote for the television was missing when we moved in. After following up with Corporate Stays multiple times, someone brought a variety of remotes and one of them worked.- Requests for extension of our stay haven't received responses until I've followed up to confirm that we'll have a place to stay.- We have experienced multiple serious maintenance issues with health and safety implications that have been inadequately addressed by Corporate Stays. When you contact the concierge" they just forward requests that are inconsistently actioned with zero accountability or follow-up. As examples

This is far from “corporate” and honestly not even acceptable. Dirty dishes in the unit, windows that won’t close, lamps without shades, snot on the walls, no iron or ironing board, and they informed me I would need to move units half way through my stay. This is worse than any private air b and b I’ve ever had and the concierge doesn’t seem motivated to correct the issues whatsoever.

Lovely apartment with all facilities in a quiet area that is close to shops and food outlets and a few minutes walk to downtown. Concierge service is friendly, helpful and fast to respond to questions. Highly recommended.
