Pho 128

Got fried tofu and vermicelli and added some additional items since it was my first time. The tofu was crispy and sweet. I loved the sweetness of the two shrimp in contrast to the bate beef and sausage, which were saltier. I wish I had gotten more fish sauce because it was so good!

My go to Vietnamese spot for delicious and always well made food. My friends and I can rely on them being consistent and hitting the spot every time. I usually get the rice combo #2I definitely recommendPs. I got served a rare double yolk, very special moment lol

TL;DR: Amazing service, great atmosphere, and the best pho I have ever had. You must try the Fried Tofu with extra sauce - it has the perfect crisp texture with a sweet sauce that cuts the grease.This is the most underrated pho restaurant in all of GTA, in a 200km radius.Pho:The star of the pho is always the beef stock, and it has so much flavor. The noodles have a good bite and flavor to them due to the beef stock. Every bite of noodle has the taste of beef, and if you get the bone marrow, the beef taste is amplified, making the stock even more beefy, which I didn't think was possible. But, in my opinion, scraping the bone marrow while cupping a spoon of stock is the way to go. If you are a new pho enjoyer, you cannot go wrong with a small house special!Vermicelli:You always have to ask for extra fish sauce because it is so good (no charge). My go-to is the crispy shrimp cake with beef in betel leaf. You cannot go wrong with any of the grilled options, but if you want to experience true Vietnamese vermicelli, the betel leaf has a smoky flavor since it's grilled, and the way they fry the shrimp cake is similar to calamari - soft and crispy, so it's easy to bite into with a loud crunch. Beware of the salad as it is SOUR! But in a good way.Apps:The new additions of Fried Tofu and Calamari are must-tries. The Fried Tofu, especially, is a new experience of tofu that I have never had before. The calamari, as I have said before, is soft and crispy, making it effortless to eat, along with a special mayo sauce that makes it the best calamari I have ever had. I feel like chicken wings with sweet sauce is...Drinks:The go-to drink I always have is the Thai red milk tea during the evening, and the Vietnamese iced coffee during the morning. I cannot eat fruits due to an allergy, but due to friend recommendations, the Coconut/Avocado are the drinks to go if you want a smoothie.

Great takeout choice & good portion for the offered price. The food is yummy and fresh, just only thing - I found the beef very salty this one time I came. Otherwise, definitely our go-to place in the Concord area.Can’t wait to try the noodle soup and spring rolls!

Wasn't bad overall. The spring rolls were very greasy I find. The pho was decent! I like the fresh rolls with peanut sauce, that was nicely freshly made with individual wrap!

The place is smaller compared to other pho in area. The pho is ok, soup is very hot but the taste is a bit weak but the meat is very good. The rice is not bad too.

Super cute little pho restaurant that’s a little hidden. All their dishes are packed with flavour and are definitely worth the price. They have 3 different pho broths but my favourite is definitely the regular beef broth. The meat to noodles ratio is perfect! The crispy noodles also has great flavour and they put a great amount of toppings on. The drinks are also delicious.

Superb. The Sate pho was simply delicious, and came with a massive pile of beef, pork, and veggies. You even get a perfectly gooey fried egg on top! Price wise, for 16.95, you get pretty decent value, and the broth is phenomenal! I also got fresh rolls with shrimp and pork, which tasted great! Super underrated spot that I highly recommend checking out!

Favourite pho place in the city. The broth is so flavourful and slightly sweet. Portions are great and the fresh noodles have the BEST texture. The bun bo hue is also really tasty.
