I could say all sorts of things about how knowledgeable, hardworking, caring he is etc. But this guy is just a great human being. Cannot tell you how incredibly impressed we were with Tyler and North Face Mechanical. We were fully expecting a major (possible replacement) expense for our furnace. Tyler found a small problem hidden away in the furnace and was able to repair it quickly.This was a $1300 repair with another company the last time our furnace broke down for this exact reason. Tyler managed to fix it and get it back running, in less than an hour, for a tiny fraction of the cost.

Needed an emergency repair as my furnace quit the morning I was headed out of town. Contacted Ryan through a referral and he was fast to get the parts required and his technician came to the house and took care of our issue while I was on the road. Pricing was very reasonable for the service they provided, and after calling many other places first, they were the quickest to have answers and to be able to come fix our furnace. Our furnace was fixed and running like a dream within six hours of our first contact. They will be my first call any time I have any HVAC issues from now on.

North Face Mechanical was our first call when our heating system stopped working. They responded immediately, and their service professional was clean, friendly, on-time, and explained exactly what he was going to check. He made the repair, and thanked us for choosing North Face Mechanical. The value for his work was exceptional! I expected a bill far higher and what we received was a happy surprise. I will never use any other service; North Face Mechanical is prompt, professional, and they do excellent work. Highly recommended!

Emailed about having HRV repaired, email was forwarded to the tech, never heard back since feb 24th.UPDATE. After some back and forth with Brent we figured out there was a bit of confusion, and he made it right by giving a discount on labour and making room in the schedule to have his tech come and fix the system and the tech did an A+ job of explaining everything and was super thorough knowledgeable and was very polite.I would 100% recommend their services and feel that they truly care about customer satisfaction and service.

Let's make a long story very short. I had issues with my furnace. There was some form of a ball being dropped and I was lost in the weeds.Brent was absolutely amazing and resolved the issue as soon as he found out about it.There tech was very kind and thoughtful into showing me what he was doing.Even though we were unable to resolve this issue I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.It's nice knowing there are still company's around that if a mistake does happen they will do everyone in there power to resolve it rather then just walking away from it.
