Twice now have denied me from using bathroom. Staff only… kids were not too happy about that. Neither was I. They tell you to go to no frills or Walmart.. lol

Print & Marketing services are under par, they state 1 timeline in store and 2 other timelines when you call during the unknown waiting period. Ordered business cards and was quoted 1 business week, and we are at 3 business weeks thus far without a confirmed pick up date, no marketing materials for an upcoming show because of this, train the staff better.

10/10 would recommend the store is big spacious clean and has anything you might need from electronic goods home office supplies and general items you'd need for everyday business. Costs are good and employees are easy to work with and knowledgable.

This is your everyday Staples. It has all your business needs. Computers, chairs, desks, paper and pens.With a vast selection of products and printing services you cannot go wrong. Lots of parking and fairly close to other stores.The isles were organized and a clean store.

Great staff, super helpful and hardworking. All of them are happy and friendly to those who treat them the same and will go the extra mile for you. To the comments about no customer bathrooms... Use your head, your in east London. Take a guess on why the bathrooms are locked out. So be an adult, try some understanding, and hold it like a grown up. If that doesn't work, remember back to when you were a kid and your parents said do you have to go the washroom before we leave"... Try that."

From the initial call to inquire about a product, my online purchase, and in-store purchase at the time of order pick up they were 5 star +++. Paolo helped on the phone Answering my many questions and going to check physically on in in-store item. He was also the one who organized my order in store and the one who I dealt with when I went in to the store. Him and James helped me get my order in the car which took over twenty minutes in minus fourteen degree weather. Thank you so much!
