Says walk in clinic outside on sign and was denied too see a doctor not one person in waiting area and said fully booked ? Horrible thank you for the reply again like I said your sign says walk in clinic !!!!!! So what do you think people think ????

One of the worst clinic I've ever been to, I got two TB tests done, for one of them they didn't charge for readings but for the second I had to pay. I ended up paying three times for two TB tests. If they didn't charge for readings how come they didn't ask me to pay for the first readings as well. All the other clinics I've been to never charged for readings, so what's up with this clinic? If I wasn't in a hurry I wouldn't have gone to this clinic, I was very disappointed by their service. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. It's the worst, they took advantage of the fact that I needed this done asap and would end up paying anyway. If I could I would post this with 0 stars, they are undeserving of even one.

Awful service. Had to wait close to an hour for a pre booked appointment (and the waiting room was empty) to get a test result and then the doctor that read the result did not understand why it was reqeusted by the prior doctor and would not go further and wanted me to come back again to see a different doctor. Total waste of my time.

Dr. Rawieh is the best Doctor. she is my family doctor for last 15 years. she is always very kind and ready to help me and my family. i had many health issues , but she always gave me good advice and she was always there for me to help.Her staff christine, reney were all very good.I am so much thankful that she is my Family doctor.May god Bless her with health, so she continue taking care of her patients.

I have had very positive experience. I have been a patient at this place for over 20,years. Dr. Shadha is my Doctor now, she is extremely patient and kind. She gives you the best medical advice and is listens well to your concerns .She is extremely knowledgeable .Dr. Rawieh too has always given me the best medical advice, when she used to be my family doctor.

I've been going to this clinic since 2008... Dr. Gabrail is amazing and has been my Dr for many years now. Christina and Renee were the receptionists for the entire time and recently left the clinic. Since then it's been terrible. The office staff is horrible, rude and I have to get them to email my prescriptions because they keep saying my pharmacys fax isn't working. Once they even sent my prescription to the wrong location. If it weren't for how much I like Dr. Gabrail, I would leave. If I knew where Christina was I would follow her as I am sure it would be a far better experience than what is currently happening.

Receptionist can’t book an appointment properly and they cannot accommodate their patients

I just went to this walk-in clinic for the first time to get a form filled out for WSIB and was denied as a healthcare worker myself, I would never not see a client. I asked the doctor to fill the form out and she said no and gave me a long story about why she can’t fill it out but also gave me a little bit of attitude… never again will I be going to that clinic.

long wait times even with appointment (but thats to be expected). receptionist is kind but seriously overcharged me for a tb test for work! $90 for injection and reading while other places charge $40 maximum.. doctor was so frazzled in my appointment she didn’t even sanitize her hands or put on gloves when she was working with needles. and proceeded to leave the needle on the table. don’t come here because they will take advantage of lower income people
