Just went to get an estimate on my 10k 9.38 grams necklace. Not only was I offered a low amount of 90 dollars, after accepting this offer I had mentioned I bought the item a while back from Micheal hill jeweler and I was unhappy of the weight which is why I am selling it. As soon as i mentioned this, the lady re tested my necklace and withdrew her offer and said they will not take my necklace and that the test is not confirming authenticity, when i asked to speak with another representative to test my gold to confirm her sudden new findings i was turned away.Went down to the cash for gold store a block down the road and was offered 120 dollars after testing.Very poor management being run at this location, do not sell your gold here.

If I could give a zero star I would. I took some old jewellery that I had already gotten appraised elsewhere but wanted to confirm. This guy tells me $20!!! I wanted to die laughing ....never again. They are thieves.

We to buy a pair of Sapphire earrings for my wife and they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but the lady behind the counter took 20 minutes out of her day to provide advice on a purchase I was considering and even recommended nearby stores that might be able to help.

Went into the store the other day, and I couldn’t believe the customer service I received. Usually you get hounded or feel like your getting ripped off. But I felt no pressure at all. Deanna was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. She made sure that I was getting the most current rate on my gold. The store was exceptionally clean and it smelled lovely. The show cases were spotless and smudge free. Reason I bring this up is I’ve been shopping around and the presentation of others cases is pathetic. Go see Deanna for all of your gold needs !! She is amazing at what she does !!

Not a very friendly place

$10 per gram of 10k gold.....So an ounce of 10K retails for $280 ?!?!An ounce of pure gold goes for, what, $1700 CAD today if I'm correct.....

It turned out perfect and didn't take a long time. Best customer service I have had in dealing with any company. I 100% recommended you stop in if you have any jewellery needs!
