Love how well this store is organized in themes! Lots of variety, as well as a great selection of helium balloons to choose from. Will definitly be back!

Love all the cool party supplies...any kind of party they have decorations and balloons they have so many...this is the kinda of store that makes you feel happy.. staff is super helpful if needed..Chinese lanterns are 80% of my visits... way to go PARTY PLACE!!

They had everything I wanted. The staff was really good. It really is a one stop place for your party needs. They even have Halloween costumes there, and it was January. Stuff for every occasion.

Rented out the basketball nets/ beanbag toss and skee ball for $137 or so for my daughters birthday. Upon picking up the rental items they were confused about the reservation and for the first time told me I would need a truck to transport the items. I had my mom pick up the rental items and upon pick up the employee advised my mom “the skeeball only works half the time” and the metal piece was broken off before it ever went in my moms car. 24 hours after returning the items I received a call about the defective item and was advised i’de be charged $180 to repair the previously broken rental item. I was advised I should have called when I noticed but again, it was advised by the store employee it was barley functional. The employee who called 24 hours after it being returned claimed because she was in law relative to the owner of the store and last time she saw the game in store it wasn’t broken, but admittedly was not the employee who released or accepted the item from/to the store.The few balloons and decor was nice but considering the $137 rental just turned into a $400 rental. I would advise anyone to check Amazon or Canadian tire for such games as you would be further ahead to purchase yourself than run the risk of being responsible to replace their already dysfunctional. The staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous but their inability to be thorough and have integrity in their operations has deterred me from ever utilizing their business or services in the future. Buyer beware!

First time shopping here and treated like gold. Great customer service!
