BUY ME PET STORE

I just brought home my Green Cheek Conure bird and I am so happy! He was already 12 months old but attached himself to me right away. He sits on my shoulder, hops up on my hand, and even comes to me when I hold out my arm. I JUST got him! The man at the store let me put him on hold for 2 weeks and despite the stay at home order"

Bought two java finches one year ago, now i have 4 birds...the birds at store are healthy i just hope they can have bigger cage.

It’s okay. The birds DEFINITELY seemed very healthy (lots of squawking haha). However, the products they were selling seemed extremely dirty. They were covered in dust and there were flies everywhere. Also, the supplies were not suitable for birds needs. They sold all-seed mixes as food, which is high in fat and very unhealthy. They sold dowel and plastic perches, which are bad for birds feet. Almost all cages were table top cages, which are very small and are not suitable for birds. They also did not have any budgerigars, but I’ll let it slide because of the pandemic. The staff were very friendly though, which was niceEdit: So ignore my last sentence. The person replying to my review clearly doesn't know anything about birds. Also, my bird died to a tumour just a year after I bought her from here. I know it should be common sense not to buy from a pet store, but the way the person replying to the reviews words things just throws me off.First of all, table top cages are NOT suitable for any of the birds they listed.Second, plastic and dowel perches can give birds arthritis and foot problems. A quick search on Google should be enough to give you sourcesThird, seeds mixes can KILL birds. They can give birds fatty liver disease.They clearly don't know anything about birds. Not even a single minute of research. I don't know if it's just the person replying to reviews, but I don't trust them. The 5 star reviews are either from different stores or they were made by bots.

How have I mastered lying I have the receipts and was on a 2 hour long video call with my boyfriend and I was in you're store for almost an hour long enough to see the mess and nothing sanitary or clean or healthy about it. All the way up to the baby conure parrot that was s green cheek that flew onto my shoulder you told me was 700 plus tax like what? On my kids life I've not lied once the bourkie you sold me is not well not tame in any way and is literally just there in a cage scared for its life. This shop should not be opened and YES the convenient store beside you right on the other side of your apartment which is actually in the middle you're his TENANT I asked around at your location as the baby bunny died in my arms 10-15 min leaving your shop going to the side then walking back and you're already locked up and gone like the wind. Convenient isn't it?? Take responsibility for your negligence

The store was said to be open and even tho I was hesitant on going in because it looked very dull I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I go to open the door and its locked I had to knock on the window till someone could let me and my mother in. He was didn't say hello, how are you NOTHING! He just leaned on a cage and was on his phone for the whole time I was in the store. The birds where in cramped and disgusting cages, many looked unwell and were very aggressive as if they never had human contact. There was a layer of dust on everything the toys,bowls and cages plus it smelled. All the 5 star reviews are fake and wrong! This is cruelty and a health hazard. Dont waste your time going there. I asked what kind of parakeet they had he said A blue one"........ok then. Nothing but sickness and disease in that store. They deserve to Be shut down for life! PLEASE go find a better bird/pet store. DONT BELIEVE A WORD HIS REPLY SAYS IF YOU WANNA SEE PROOF GO THERE YOURSELF THEY ARE SNEAKY LIARS!!!!"

nice store, the young lady helped us with all our questions. price is reasonable...all the birds are very healthy... we got an interactive & very beautiful love bird.

Very nice service. They respond quickly and know a lot about birds. Location is extremely clean and organized. Brothers love going there to see the birds!! They also agreed to keep my bird while we were overseas which was so helpful!!

Great customer service, I bought birds, cages and a bunny.It is a family business, the owner and his sister were very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped me pick a friendly bird for my cousin and showed me how to tame the bird and take good care of it. Prices are amazing and very affordable. The cheapest i could find. I would highly recommend this store, well done guys.

I got a cockatiel about a month ago from here, and never again! They told me its hand tamed, its not, and the bird is in very bad condition. I think the owner knew all that thats why he shadowed me after selling the bird. Tried calling several times and no answer! i took the bird to the vet, and it was very clear that the bird was abused and forced during its stay at the pet store. Do not even think about this place, trust me instant regret! I think the owner knows who i am and i would take down this review if you would call me back, i even tried calling you today. All i have to say is shame on you for doing that to small birds! At first i called so i can return the bird but after taking it to a vet and finding out its been abused, id rather lose all my money and not give this man the bird!
