Excellent, fast service, very professional and affordable. Previously to Tim we had another repairman coming to look at the electric griddle at our restaurant and we were told it would take months for the parts to arrive and that it was cheaper to buy a new one.. I'm so glad we called Tim for a second opinion. He came fast and gave a thorough check to the griddle. He immediately ordered the parts and within three days we had a perfectly working griddle at a very reasonable repair price . We are so happy that we found him, he is now our go to" guy for any future repairs at our business.Thank you Tim from El Caracol Cafe!"
