Great layout, the Bay has an amazing amount of inventory. All the staff are super helpful, very courteous and go out of their way to help. I would definitely recommend any of the Bay locations, I've been to several locations and, the service is always excellent!

Yesterday I happened to be at The Bay Square One at Lancome counter.i have been using Lancome products for years. It was my sheer luck that there was a pleasant make up consultant and her name was Kim. I believe she was visiting from another location. She was not only pleasant, knowledgeable and had a great explanation for every single product. I wish she should visit this location more often and help us. and educate

Walked in at 10am to look for a suit.. Everyone in the store seemed to be ignorantly busy preparing for the day.Being the only person in the suit area, Everyone ignored the fact I was clearly looking for a suit and have looked through every single rack..The two new employees I asked for help had absolutely no idea how to help with suit fitting.I left and went to another suit store and had a great experience and left very happy.

The department store is accessible through both inside the mall and parking lot; which makes it convenient.I always come here to buy skincare products. Angela from Estée Lauder counter has always been so nice and helpful. She always update me about the latest promotions and helps me find the products suitable for my skin type.They also carry great collection of clothing and shoes.

Stood in line to ask for a shoe size. Two random people jumped in front of me for fitting rooms to which I told them and the worker that I was waiting patiently while ten others were served. The people had designer clothes they wanted to try so associate ignored me and went to help them first. Great service folks… cya!

I visited this store today as I wanted to check out the bedding selection. During browsing, I had an asthma attack and needed some privacy to use my puffer. A wonderful woman named Michelle (manager of this store) came up to my partner asking if I was okay, needed water, needed a more private space & if there was anything she could do to provide me a more comfortable experience while in the store. This meant the world to me, as people aren’t usually kind towards these health needs in my experience.Michelle made the experience beyond enjoyable and easy and I am so appreciative for her care.Thanks Michelle!
