Outback RV Service & Repair

Worse place I’ve ever experienced. Took are trailer in for hail damage in the side. All they did was glue everything back on, a complete mess inside the trailer when they told us it was ready which they did clean up but wasted our time since we had to make another trip for our trailer. Once we got it home we should have done a better inspection/clean instead of waiting because we found mud all over the ceiling, our door jams and doesn’t shut properly, our awning doesn’t work anymore, outside lights don’t work, light bulbs taken out, damage to our microwave, damage to the wallpaper, plus I found a used drug pipe hidden behind stuff in my cupboard.Not sure if their employees used my trailer for their own personal use or this is how they work on the job.

Can’t thank these guys enough after fast “emergency “ repairs to the electricals that allowed us to continue with our happy road trip from Wpg to the Yukon. Much happier to be able to now use AC in record breaking heatwave!Thanks Dave and Roselyn for the “exceptionally reasonable “ charge! No doubt that what comes around will someday go around and find you!!

Was only in for a few minutes to pick up a part. They were kind enough to advise me that I could do the fix myself.

Very helpful and informative. I will be going there for all my rv needs as great customer service like this makes repair tasks much easier.

They repacked our wheel bearing on the trailer that was broken . We also asked them to repack the other 3 as we didn't want anymore issues They didn't repack the other 3 but said they inspected them and they were all fine. Now here we are broken down again with another blown wheel bearing.

Thank you dave for your great advice . one on my levellers would not work properly and he took the time to advise me on a simple procedure that might correct the issue. Dave and Jennifer went above and beyond to rescue us from RV breakdown this week. We had travelled to a destination about 1.5 hours from North Battleford. Neither our slide nor jacks were working so we couldn’t leave our RV site. Dave and Jennifer talked us through several scenarios in a very patient and encouraging way. Their calm presence was truly appreciated. When we weren’t able to get things working, Dave jumped into his service truck and drove all the 1.5 h drive to rescue us! He got things fixed very quickly and finished up the job the next day at his shop. They literally saved our vacation.These people know the true meaning of quality customer service.
