This place has horrible customer service. I walked in and walked past 3 employees , not one greeted me or even smiled. I managed to get all the way to back of store buy a $10 remix bra was planing on buying more but thought I don’t think I will return. Even at the cash had no smiles or anything just take my cash and send me on my way. I walked out and not once did someone say have a nice day or anything.

Shannon was absolutely amazing! Really made the shopping experience easy and comfortable, she was there for all the help and suggestions you could possibly ask for. I genuinely hope Shannon is working every time I go in the store. Really made it a pleasure to shop for lingerie!

Not sure why 17 year olds are measuring my 30 year old body. Obviously not experienced enough to understand how to properly measure. No wonder most women wear the wrong bra size!

Walked in and I was the only one in the store, the 2 girls didn't even bother to ask if I needed help with anything. They were too busy enjoying a conversation with eachother the whole time I was there.

Tried ordering twice over black Friday weekend. Both times the orders went through but customer service said my orders didn't exist yet they took my money! Customer service was horrible and not helpful. I ended up missing out on the sales and I've been waiting more than 2 weeks to hear from customer service. Will no longer be shopping there again!

I have never felt so disrespected in a store as I have walking into this LaSenza. Sarah Jane spent more time on her phone than bothering to try and help out with a simple question. I get everyone has a bad day, but it’s getting to the point I just avoid shopping at LaSenza if I see that she’s working that day.

My wife need some new bras and was getting annoyed that nobody had her size thankfully a young woman in the Barrie store took the time to make sure she was happy and everything fit properly. Thank you unfortunately I couldn't remember her name and the receipt only has a cashier number but you deserve recognition for your excellent customer service.

Wonderful experience at this location today. Went in to the store this morning and was welcomed in and helped by Meghan. She was so nice and helpful and made it such a great experience. Meghan measured me, and helped me find some new bras that I LOVE and that fit PERFECT..she even gave me a card with my bra size and her name on it for when I come back or shop online then I know my measurement. She went above and beyond to help me and I will be back to shop here!
