We came in from out of town and wow that was not what I expected. My dude and I both got tacos and after an hour of waiting on two small tacos he had to get his to go bc we had finished our food. Nothing was popping hot. Service was absolutely terrible. Everyone is on their phones, got attitudes and for those prices I expected at least good service. If I'm paying 100(and that was with the discount for waiting so long)for four tacos and some fries can it at least be worth it. The lobster taco had too much breading so you couldn't really taste the lobster the tortilla was way too small. ONLY thing that was decent was the salmon bites and that took forever to come out. Whatever hype this place had is gone.

We were greeted by a friendly face the moment we walked in. It wasn't very busy so we were allowed to seat ourselves. We had a great waitress. The wait time was good. The food was excellent! Will certainly come again. We had jumbo shrimp for an app. Fantastic. I had lemon chicken pasta. The sauce was amazing. He had blackened salmon. He said it was terrific. We also had a pound of snow crab. Outstanding!

Sunday brunch features a live dj, great crowd and good vibes. Enjoyed the lobster shrimp & grits, very flavorful & filling, along with the chicken & waffles. Our server LA was awesome. Gratuity automatically added to your bill. There is independently-owned adjacent lot parking for $30, or free street parking on the next block.

We came to visit from California. We travel alot always looking for good Seafood wherever we go We found the sloppy crab I recommend this place, they have a nice ambiance and atmosphere, The staff is very knowledgeable the food was delicious I wanted to get the crab boil my only problem with this it was a little to expensive for one person and there wasn't any other options only one for the crab boil. Non the less the food was delicious and so were the drinks. I had the blackened Salmon it was delicious,

Starving for FOOD!!!Im visiting for work and in town for a big concert (Drake&21 Savage) here in Detroit. This restaurant/bar was across the street from my hotel. I attempted to call and place an order over phone for carry out and no answer. I walked over and inside the location and the guy along with a female at the door advised me that it was $20 to get inside. I said I just want to order food. He and the female both again said it’s $20. So you want me to pay $20 to get in and also pay for my food just to leave back out to go back to the hotel? I just walked away! Insane. This is the reason black businesses go UNDER!!!

Brandon was a great server, especially with our large party. And the chef was amazing. He kept coming out of the kitchen to make sure everyone was enjoying the food. Turkey chops, chicken tenders and lobster were all A-1! Drinks were good as well. Planning to go back again.

Sloppy Crab Restaurant
Went here on a Sunday evening, no one at door to greet you, had to track down a waitress to get help. I asked about calling in my order which I had attempted for 2 days straight with no response. She didn't know how I could call in my order ahead. I order the Lobster Mac & Cheese. My sister makes better Mac & cheese. Would never order from here again. The staff looked like they were having a social gathering at the end of the bar. Not my type of atmosphere.
