I just bought a folding ebike but I'm trying to find a video or instructions on how to use it. Can anyone help or direct me please.

Good bikes, good prices, bad customer service, and poorly kept hours. Wasted time and gas for a Saturday appointment. And no one showed up. Had to go to competitor for repair. Very disappointed.OH So I'm a liar now. Do not do business with these people. They lied to me did not honor a commitment then said I lied about it. I was out time and money, will never go back. Have some integrity and own your mistakes.

Couldn't fault the guys at Alien Bikes. I recently picked up one of their demo model scooters as they rebranded and got a deal for a scooter I could never have afforded. The guys were fully transparent with the use on the scooter and offered personalized support after I bought it as friend picked it up for me. I even broke the mudguard and was offered a replacement which I've yet to pick up.Other then me being stupid, the scooter flys and is built to last. I'm looked at in envy zooming by Segways on Arbutus Greenway. Not to mention, the suspension makes the ride a dream, I've no fear bouncing over curbs or a sneaky pothole.

I bought Janobike from private seller brand new and unfortunately bike failed on me next day. I looked on internet and found similar failure on other ebike brands. More likely the controller was the case, so I contacted Alien E-bike store for repair. I brought my bike to the store and bike technician tested it and asked me to wait until he spoke with the owner of the shop. I was so amazed when owner of the shop told me to live him my bike and gave me the other same brand new E-bike. Unbelievable story but this is what happened with me. Huge thanks to the Alien E-bike & Scooters!!!!!!

Wonderful experience. It started with the most beautiful customer service at the front desk. I visited the store because I had a problem with a new battery on my e-bike and Alien E-bikes exchanged it right away with another new bike. This kind of customer service is found at Alien E-bikes. Plus the bike I bought came with stock hydraulic brakes. They care about customer safety and customer satisfaction. Thanks.

Just absolutely best customer service! I just received my e36 electric fat bike and I'm really impressed with it . When I have riden it for a period of time I will review it better but so far 5 star bike 5 star service and 5 star customer service.

Winnipeg resident here. Found Alien and Janobike online while searching for the best value in an eBike.I ordered the H26 full-size folding eBike and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This bike is SMOOTH. I've never ridden a bike that cruises this nicely. It's got front and rear suspension and big, knobby tires to cushion the potholes and pavement cracks. The pedal assist is seamless yet powerful and the battery range is actually better than advertised in my experience.Cameron (managing partner) processed my order quickly and dealt with the shippers after an unexpected delay. His obvious commitment to customer happiness is deeply appreciated.I'll be recommending Alien eBikes.

Have all the answers on what they sell. Reusable scooters are sold here not disposable ones like everywhere else I looked. Hi quality build and reasonable pricing. Finally a place to purchase a great product and friendly service ! Hard to find these days !!!
