cupCAKE recently provided this beautiful cake for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. I asked for a smudge finish in my colour palette and they nailed it! The best part was that the beautiful outside wrapped around the most delicious chocolate peanut butter cake! All my cakes will be coming from here in future!

Purchased cupcakes today for my sons birthday and was looking forward to having the carrot cupcake. I’ve had them in the past and it was the best cupcake I’ve had. Unfortunately it wasn’t near as good. It didn’t have cream cheese icing and the cake also was different. Don’t get me wrong it was still good but not as good as it was in the past.Also purchased the butter pecan cupcake and it was very tasty!

My family loved getting a dozen cupcakes from this store on a regular basis - they were great. We also ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last year and were planning to order another one this year. The reason for the lower rating is the customer service and reward program - they do not honour it and are not being honest when recording purchases.We got our card stamped and hadn’t been in a while. The stamp faded (but was still visible) - when we ordered again, the staff member stamped over the top of our previous stamp. We thought this might have been an accident. On a future visit we used the same reward card and once again, the staff member stamped over the same first smiley face. Even when I mentioned this was the third time in the same spot (and the faint stamp was visible underneath), the staff member just giggled and did not change it. The stamp is supposed to be for every half dozen and they only stamped the same one smiley (even though we always ordered a dozen - 2 half dozens). Despite this, we still returned because we enjoyed the cupcakes and brought back our card - staff members started stamping between the dots (and we figured this was because we were ordering a dozen and the smiley represented two dots). The card finally was up to the free half dozen (but only 3 stamps because staff members were stamping in between dots and stamping multiple times over the same dot) and the staff member refused to honour the card, stating that there were only 3 stamps. The fact that the same dot was stamped repeatedly, the ink fades in a short period of time, and staff members do not give two stamps for a dozen cupcakes or stamp in between (which apparently does not count for two), and finally refuse to honour the reward program, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and the cupcakes were nice (hence two stars instead of one), but the customer service is terrible so we will no longer buy from this store.

Such a gem! Not only is the staff incredible, their baked goods and cakes are divine! This is a must visit bakery. If you are looking for a cake for a special occasion no need to look any further. The cake decorator works magic. We were in awe with their talent. Thank you cupCAKE! Once again you exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely amazing bakery!!The cupcakes are amazing and we had a custom wedding cake made and it turned out amazing. We spoke with Jasmine (owner) to confirm all the details and she was so informative about what we should have for the amount of guests we were having. And she NAILED IT! Everyone loved the cake and desserts!

Best cupcake place around. I always order from here. Fresh and the best tasting. I will continue to order here because not only it is delicious but reliable when I place orders.

Ordered a Signature Cake" online last week for my daughter's birthday today. I had high hopes based on the photos on their website but the actual cake was quite disappointing. The order form allows you to choose the style and size of the cake

cupCAKE used to be our go-to cake shop before we discovered @my_naked_cake which quickly became our new favourite.The cake was firm but moist with excellent crumb structure. The buttercream frosting was also the best in the area. They actually made the best carrot cake I had ever had with a nicely balanced frosting made with just the right amount of cream cheese.The customer service was always sort of mixed but I always had great service when dealing with Judith directly.The vibe is nice for a shop that sells treats as well.It had been a while since we got treats from cupCAKE so we decided to get a few cupcakes and cookies. I’m not sure what happened but everything was terrible. The cupcakes were small, dry and lacked flavour. The carrot cake that was once perfectly moist with pineapple chunks was much different. It’s almost as if they switched to boxed cake.They won’t last pumping out baked goods like this.cupCAKE - 2/5Food - 1/5Vibe - 4/5Service - 3/5Price - $$/$$$
